What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?

Hireflix is totaly a must have for our recruitmet process and we use it a lot. The ability to do a one-way video interview saves us a huge amout of time and allows us to evaluate candidates more easy. Also great customer support and easy implementation and integration. What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?

What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?

Ease of use for candidates and hiring team. We love the ability to create videos ourselves which we believes creates a better candidate experience. We have heard positive feedback from our candidates that they like getting to "know us" in advance on the formal interview process. We have a very high completion rate. Our HireFlix rep provides great customer service, checking in to ensure that we are happy with the platform and seeks our feedback on things they are considering for their roadmap. What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?

High cost to create an integration to our ATS. This is more of a downside of our ATS not HireFlix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Hireflix allows us to widen the top of the funnel. It is not always feasible from a time perspective to phone sceen every qualified candidate. Using this allows us to consider more candidates.
