Having installed the platform, this reviewer finds it very easy to use with wonderful features for job searching and candidate selection. They have not identified any aspects of the platform that they dislike.

I love this platform because of the features provided to connect with the new candidates and the chat feature is very interesting. I can chat with the candidates without providing my personal information directly. The customer support experience is also very good. I can use it to source candidates on a regular basis. The app is very convenient to use. We can get results based on the category we searched for, and connecting with the recruiter is fast and interactive. We can directly chat with them after reading the job description. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we click on the chat button, an automated message is sent to the recruiter. It would be better if we were taken to the chat page and given the option to either draft our own statement or choose from automated messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
