I like that Hire in South helps find great candidates, saving me the time and effort of finding and interviewing a lot of candidates myself. They present me with a list of candidates that have already been verified as good, which saves a lot of time and effort. Their communication is really reliable—constant and immediate. How the billing works was our biggest contention. While South was very accommodating on this front, if their billing process aligned more with our companies internal policies it would have been easier from our perspective. I do fully acknowledge that South's billing process is in favor of the hire/contractor. And I do think that is the correct way to approach it.
