**What do you like best about HIPAA One?**

Their pre-packaged HIPAA compliance document systems are easy to use, easy to implement and easy to integrate and customize for any organization.

**What do you dislike about HIPAA One?**

Their customer support is great which is why it's difficult to find anything to dislike. We used their services and documentation and training but, as with any regulations, there is only so much training one can do. However ongoing training such as annual training will always be required whether it be for new hires/onboarding or annual training requirements.

**What problems is HIPAA One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HIPAA One helped my organization by providing a documented set of policies and procedures we used to adapt within our organization to meet all HIPAA regulatory requirements.
