These email signatures allow other organizations to easily see who we are as an organization as well as our respective deparments. The digital business card is also a very unique feature with a sleek modern interface. **What do you dislike about HiHello?** I think one of the downsides of using a digital business card like HiHello's is that not every business/partner we communicate with have a digital business card or are aware of how to use updated forms of technology. This in turn limits who we can transfer the contact information with. Majority of the clients that we work with are Spanish speakers as well and are not aware of the updated technologies so this also limits the usability of the digital business card. **What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?** Specifically within our organization, traditional paper business cards were not readily available to be printed, rather it was a norm to have business cards. For example, since starting with the organization I was never given a personalized business card and I know others were also not. With HiHello, every employee revceived a personalized digital business card that was easy and ready to set up. The email signature has also helped to have everyone's emails showcase who we are and where we are located, as there are different silos of the organization. ### 25. That platform is intuitive and makes sharing digitall business cards quick. It didn't require any complex setup. Our marketing team showed us what to do in minutes. I just used it at a conference and it made the whole information exchange very hassle -free. **What do you dislike about HiHello?** I haven't used it for long enough to dislike anything. My company mainly got it for when we go to conferences.
