**What do you like best about HiHello?**

The field options are great as they allow me to share a lot of information in one place for my combined businesses. The widget feature on my phone makes for quick and easy sharing. Overall, great product and very user-friendly.

I honestly haven't experienced any downsides. I've explored a few options, and HiHello meets my needs as intended and expected.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiHello makes it easy to have all my contacts in one place. I'm able to exchange information in unexpected situations without missing opportunities. I rarely need hard, bulky business cards and don't have to worry about carrying them around. I had a situation that required me to change my business number. Thankfully, I can quickly and easily update my information, which saved me a lot of money compared to printing business cards every time a change is made.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I like HiHello for its ease of setup and sharing business info at networking events. The app doesn’t spam people I share my contact with (like other apps I’ve tried) and the recipients are not forced to download the app in order to receive my contact info. The email and in-app followup reminders are helpful and I can save the contacts shared with me to my phone’s address book.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

wish more customizations were available without premium account

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, I was reluctant to have business cards printed because I always felt the short-life of the cards as wasteful. With the digital app, someone who I want to have my info has an immediate way of contacting me, rather than relying on not dropping the paper card from their event notebook or having to manually enter contact info into my phone’s contacts app at the end of a socializing event. HiHello is neurodivergent-friendly!

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I like how simple HiHello is. Easy to add my branded colors as well as information/data to.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I don't like how many steps it takes for someone scanning the business card to download and save my contact. Once they scan it should be a simple process to add my contact to their's no matter the device. Only after that is completed should it request the scanner to also utilize the HiHello system. Many times the you can make a free card too comes up and the person scanning my card doesn't complete the download of my contact due to the HiHello ad interruption. So I lose out on capturing their information and they don't capture mine.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

HiHello makes it incredibly easy to share my contact information instantly without worrying about printing cards or running out. I love that I can update my details in real time and everyone always has the most current information. It also looks polished and professional when networking.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

The free version has some limitations in customization and advanced features. Occasionally, people unfamiliar with digital cards hesitate to engage, especially in more traditional settings. I also wish there were more design flexibility options without upgrading.

HiHello solves the problem of outdated contact information, lost business cards, and clunky follow-ups. Instead of handing out paper cards that get tossed or buried in a purse, I can instantly share updated contact details, links, and branding in one place. It benefits me by keeping my networking efficient, professional, and trackable—especially since I manage multiple ventures and need everything streamlined and polished.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I like the ease of use that HiHello offers. The administrator platform is great because, as a personal user, I can build my own card while also having the ability to create cards for everyone as an administrator. It ensures that everyone has a consistent layout and all aspects of the business cards are uniform. The aesthetics are really nice and align with a design we would have created ourselves. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, taking only between thirty minutes to one hour, which is a fraction of the time it would have taken to design things manually.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

What is missing is how to make letterheads, with the same logo, with the same kind of aesthetics. So it would be nice to have a thing that you can export in that. PowerPoint or in Google Docs or Microsoft Docs to have everything consistent across the line.

I use HiHello to create modern digital business cards, making it easy to add people and maintain a consistent look for everyone. The ease of designing and administering cards is great, along with the appealing aesthetics.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I love how HiHello allows me to have my contact information and professional headshot added directly to my friends' contact lists. It represents me very professionally, and it ensures that my information is saved in their phone, eliminating the risk of them forgetting me. I also like that the setup was super easy. Additionally, having my picture makes a huge difference because even if they have multiple contacts with the same name, they can easily recognize who I am.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I find the current way of sharing information through HiHello a bit uncomfortable. I have to work with my phone, go to the app, and then share my information with others. This process can take a little extra time, and I don't feel comfortable with others watching my screen. I'd prefer a physical card, maybe with a chip, barcode, or QR code, to share my information more easily without relying on my phone.

This is the most convenient business card I’ve ever owned. It makes exchanging information much easier, and it doesn’t get lost the way most old-school paper business cards do.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I wish there were more features for things like taking notes, recording different contacts, and maybe even setting a reminder to follow up with someone. That would be especially useful in my field as a salesperson.

In my case, it solves the awkwardness of asking people for their phone number. It’s much easier to simply say, “Let me send you my digital business card.” Also, the fact that it automatically stores their contact information is a nice perk.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

First and foremost, I like the convenience.  I never remember to carry business cards with me, but I always have my phone. Most recently, I connected with other educators at a conference and many were impressed by being able to simply scan my phone to get my contact information.  I also enjoy that I have the ability to have both a professional and personal electronic business card.  Being able to personalize the card with our colors and logos is also a wonderful bonus! Having bought this for my entire team, it was very easy to purchase for each member and share it with them.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

At this time, I would just say the layout.  There are only a couple options and it would be nice to have more layout choices.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, I don't remember to carry business cards with me and meet new people all the time.  This is so much more convenient since I always have my phone at hand.

I like that with HiHello, I'm always prepared with a digital business card, which helps me avoid the hassle of forgetting to bring paper ones. I appreciate how it creates a digital record for each of my contacts instead of me having to manually create one. This really helps me keep track of the people I meet, tag them, and schedule follow-ups. The initial setup was easy, and I also use it with my Outlook email signature.

It would be nice if I could hold my phone close to someone else’s phone to share business cards rather than having to scan a QR code.

I like the ease of use and that I don't have to carry any business cards.  It's been super beneficial to pull out my phone at different events to share my information and people seem pretty impressed with it.  I also use it on my marketing materials.

I haven't had any downside to it. It's worked very well for me.

I love how easy the interface is set up to make my card and add my information. The cards and email signatures look very professional and not overdone.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I would like the ability to have all of my information on my card, but only limited information on my email signature. Its possible I haven't figured out how to do this yet.  The email signature template I most like doesn't seem to allow for alternations.

I want to have an email signature and electronic business card that is designed for my brand standards, and HiHello is my go-to choice even with alternatives like canva out there. This is the third company I've worked for where I've used Hihello.

HiHello makes organizing and sharing all of your contact, social, & more information all in one place much easier and accessible to share with others, it is also incredibly easy to update and once you update, it is ready to go on all access points (email signatures, digital cards, etc...)

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I have used the free version, but I do wish there was an option for nonprofits, I love the potential of the pro level, but as a nonprofit I cannot justify the cost (although, I do feel it is affordable)

It's a good tool. Some of the designs lack howerver. For example I paid the$8 dollars so I can use my company colors and the design I use only inputs them into the buttons. There is no background etc for the colors to run on unless I use classic or one of the other designs that I don't want. I might as well go back to free.

What was mentioned above. The lack of designs and the inability to make my logo any bigger.

We love the email signatures as they've helped standardize our branding in written communications. The mobile app is very helpful instead of having carry paper cards, and it allows you to collect contacts from paper cards you receive. It gives for a really professional presentation and is less clunky than trying to share a LinkedIn QR code.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

We had an issue in production with our pilot with data being deleted on the vendor side. That issue was resolved, however.

Saving money that was wasted on physical business cards that are out of date quickly, it allowed us to standardize our email signatures with branding while allowing for some levels of customization for Associates.

I appreciate how I can connect real-world relationships with to my digital space. I also appreciate the simplicity but power (eg, attaching files to contacts - not many business card scanners have that).

I'd like a few more features to make it the contact manager of my dreams (kanban view of contacts; in-app tasks / reminders).

Organizing my contacts and relationships. I have tried dozens of CRMs on the market as a highly finicky techie, but HiHello is the most right-sized fit for what I do. I feel good coming into this software, which means I actually use it, which means my connections (and therefore, business!) grow.

Nothing. The app is great. I love the feature that you can export the contacts, that way I can plug in the contacts into a mass text software.

I haven't indulged too much on the sight, but so far I want to add multiple links to my card but there's no way to make the links into buttons instead.

It makes it easier for me to quickly share my business information AND I don't have to worry about anyone having to dig through their purpose to find a little easily destroyed card.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I have been using HiHello for about four months, mainly to include my personal information and my photo in the signature of my emails. I especially like the HiGLV format, as I find it looks nice and professional. Additionally, I find that the setup of HiHello is quite intuitive and easy, which has made the initial experience with the software positive.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

It seems to me that HiHello is not very useful for me because in Latin America we use WhatsApp a lot to share contacts. The effort of scanning the QR code seems unnecessary since we end up using WhatsApp as a direct communication channel. I also think that HiHello should improve its functionality to offer more than just scanning QR codes and saving contacts, as there are other tools available that do the same and provide a direct communication channel.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiHello does not solve specific problems for me. I just like the format of the signature footer it uses, although I consider the QR functionality not very useful as I prefer using WhatsApp to share contacts.

I like how easy HiHello is to set up, it’s friendly, intuitive, and helps me organise my contacts well. I often forget where and when I met people, and this app makes it so much easier to keep those details in one place. It is easy to integrate it to the business life as the product is easy to navigate around.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

One thing I wish could be improved is the profile picture sizing. Currently, part of my logo gets hidden behind the profile picture, and there’s no option to adjust or resize it. It’s a small detail, but fixing it would make the experience even better.

HiHello helps me solve the problem of keeping my contacts organised in a way that’s meaningful. I tend to forget where and when I met someone, which can make follow-ups or reconnecting more difficult. With HiHello, I can store the contacts with ease by scanning the namecard.

Some features like tagging and detailed notes require a paid plan, but for my daily use, the free plan is already sufficient. If you need those extra features, you can always upgrade — which makes it a flexible option for different needs.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I love how efficient the app is! It really helps me out when I attend networking events with my company, so I find myself using this on a regular basis. As we are a B Corp company, I find that this app aligns with this, as we do not have to use paper for business cards. I also find that, as we are a digital company, using digital links to network with people is a better representation of us as a company. It was extremely easy to set up my account and add all of our relevant links.

So far, where I have used it, I have no issues. It has done everything that I need.

It is giving us 1 place to link up potential clients to our social accounts and web links. It also helps with our companies B-Corp reputation, as it removes business cards from the equation and as we are a digital company, it aligns with our business goals.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

It is so easy to update, and convenient to use. I was introduced to HiHello at a National conference, trying to clumsily text in contact information. I didn't have my business cards or anything on me other than my phone. It was such a crazy great idea- I wish I had found it sooner!  Uploaded it that afternoon, brought it back to my office and now my staff is using it too.   Its great and I use it all the time.

I haven't found a reason to dislike anything.

It lets me share my information quickly and easily in a format that wont get dropped on the conference floor or lost on the airplane home. Easy to find the information when I get back home, and its great to know that others will have the same easy access to my contact information as well. I don't always have my business card in hand- but my phone is always with me.

Sometimes when people scan my HiHello QR code, the interface can be a bit confusing for them. They’re not always sure how to save the card, and the save button can be hidden behind a pop-up or overlay. I often have to walk them through clicking the right links so they know how to save my info to their phone or computer.

HiHello solves the problem of outdated or lost paper business cards by giving me a digital, always-up-to-date way to share my information instantly. I love the ease of integration with the automatic loading into your phone.  I use this app at least 1-2 times a week when I am networking.  I also love the enhanced feature to load my logo in the center to brand my QR code.

I don’t like how difficult it can be to pull up the app if you have bad cell service. While you can prepare by downloading the offline version in advance, you don’t always know you’ll need it until you’re in the moment.

After extensively researching and testing multiple digital business card solutions, I can confidently say that HiHello offers the best bang for your buck. Compared to others, it packs in more features at a lower cost—making it the most value-rich option I’ve found.

One of the standout aspects of HiHello is its flexibility: I’m able to maintain both a personal and a professional business card in one app. The interface is sleek and user-friendly, and setting up your cards is a breeze.

The QR code feature is super handy. Whether you’re sharing in person or preparing for an upcoming expo or event, it’s incredibly convenient to have a scannable option that instantly downloads your contact info to someone else’s phone. I haven’t yet used the physical scan cards at an event, but I’m excited to try them out soon.

Enter HiHello: problems solved.

I wish it was easier to create multiple, swipe-able QR codes to live on your Lock screen, or at least as home screen widgets. When I’m at an event where I’m courting both talent managers and unrepresented potential clients, I’d like to be able to smoothly swap between different cards for the two groups without going all the way into the app. That looks and feels clunky when a big lead is standing right in front of you.

- When a client has an Iphone sometimes it is tricky for them to save the contact
- I wish there was a NFC option to share so we can just tap phones and boom they have my info

It is an app that, given its trial free nature, allows you to access to the basics of it (no discriminatory).

Its allowance for the trial free nature is quite comprehensive allowing at least a personal and a professional card.

I look forward to trying the paid feature at some point, recognising the importance of fostering what you care about.

Nonetheless, up to now, I've shared the app with many people avoiding the bigger footprint of a printed card, which is still in use for those moments where I am rushing.

I would highly recommend giving it a go. For me it is definitely worth it.

A multilanguage platform would amplify the outreach and will provide opportunities to connect the world better.

I love that HiHello is simple to use.  Its a fantastic way to share your business card easily from your phone.  I typically text my card to others who request it, but my QR code is also and icon on my phone just in case cell service is poor.  The QR code also goes on my end slide in every presentation.  The email signature options are an attractive way to end an email as well. Lastly, scanning someone's paper card in my HiHello account is a real game-changer!

I would like it if HiHello had the option for a tap card.  I've seen that other brands have a metal card that someone can tap their phone to.  I also think there's an entire innovative leg of business they aren't tapping into around networking - perhaps the option to be listed in a categorized directory, meetups, ads, and the like.

Also, I refer it a lot and there should be a referral incentive.

With just a scan, I can give anyone my information straight to their phone. They don't have to scan my business card and throw it away. They don't have to fumble with their phone awkwardly for five minutes of their life that they'll never get back. One scan, done. And I have multiple cards saved, so I can choose which one I need depending on my circumstances. Very easy.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

The formats are pretty generic, and I can only truly make them my own with a paid plan. I also dislike the fact that I had to create an account to leave a review. Almost dissuaded me, except for the trees. I would love to be able to scan a printed business card and have it transform it to a digital format that I could modify as needed and use at will.

I have business cards and business card holders, but inevitably I never have them when I am asked for one. This solves that and instantly transfers my information.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

What I like best about HiHello is how easy it makes sharing professional contact information in a polished, modern way. The digital business card designs are clean and customizable, which helps me stand out and make a strong first impression. I also love how effortlessly it integrates with my email signature and CRM—saving me time and keeping my contacts organized without any extra effort. Plus, it works great across devices, so I can share my card instantly whether I’m at my desk or on the go. Overall, it’s a smart, reliable tool for anyone who networks regularly.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

While HiHello is a great tool overall, some of the more advanced features—like team management or deeper CRM integrations—are only available on higher-tier plans, which might be limiting for smaller teams or individual users. Occasionally, the interface could be a bit more intuitive when navigating between templates or editing existing cards, but nothing that impacts daily use significantly.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiHello solves the hassle of managing and sharing contact information in a fast-paced, digital-first world. Instead of carrying and reprinting paper business cards, I now have a digital card that’s always accessible, always up to date, and easy to share via QR code, email, or text. It also keeps my professional identity consistent across platforms and helps me stay organized by syncing contacts with my CRM. The result: smoother networking, more meaningful follow-ups, and a more modern, eco-friendly approach to relationship building.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I no longer have to harm the planet with business cards! Also, it allows people to directly immediately add me on social media and save my information to their phone! This has been such a game changer for my business at markets and I’m so grateful for this app! It’s easy and free! Saves me time & money and works better than physical business cards! I recommend this to everyone who wants to quit using business cards!

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

There’s nothing I don’t like. It’s so simple and easy to use. Anyone could set up an account. I haven’t had any problems with it in the six months I’ve been using it!

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the problem with people losing my business cards and then not being able to contact me to have custom order jewelry. I’m seeing such a big growth in my social media following as well.

HiHello provides the easiest and most versatile solution for building and sharing digital business cards that I have found (from looking at many).

Not all the best features are free! Would love to be able to colour match card theme to our corporate colours

HiHello makes the transfer of contact details in person so easy, with a digital twist, creating efficiencies for me giving out my card, and for the recipient to be able to save contact details with the click of a button!

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

HiHello was shown to me by a friend and it has made sharing my information so easy without having to carry business cards. I can have a separate one for one group I am involved in and one for work, separating my lives, but also allowing me to share relevant links and information for each. I also love how I can set up a QR code that resides on my phone to make it easy to pull up and show to others so they can get my contact information. Furthermore, I also love how easy it is to add or remove things from your account with a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I don't really have any dislikes at this time about HiHello; however, I am only using the free version.

Sharing my data easily to others who want to connect with me.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

Without investing, but only using the free virgin, I have more than what I was looking for, I truly appreciate it that I can exchange my contact and my social links with people that I met instantly without worrying about misspelling my name or taking my number incorrectly. The QR code is a beautifully added, and the iPhone wallet shortcut is really handy.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

Small tweaks that could make this experience better I've noticed from the people who scanned my QR code that they were directed to multiple steps in order to save my contact so I believe if that could be make much faster that would be appreciated, the other thing is the email signature for some reason it does not have hyperlink so this is another thing to look at.

I’ve been using iHello for networking and absolutely love it! After attending several back-to-back conferences and workshops, it’s been a game changer for quickly exchanging information without fumbling for business cards. It’s fast, professional, and makes connecting with people so much easier — plus, it leaves a great impression. Highly recommend for anyone who networks often!

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

Tech reliance, if your phone dies, the app glitches, internet access/low-connectivity areas, sending or retrieving the card could be slower or not possible in real time.or the other person’s device can’t scan/receive it, you lose that quick exchange option.

Recipient comfort level – Some people are traditional and may have privacy or security concerns and may still prefer a physical card.

Eliminates the hassle of carrying, running out of, or reprinting physical cards while making it faster to share and store contact information.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

Introductory price and ease of use. I found HiHello as a recommendation to small business owners just starting out who needed a digital presence and informational sharing tool for there personal contact info. Love the CRM and QR tools in the basic free version!

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I have not really found a downside to recommending this product as of yet. Scales well and provides people what they need, at the level they need it, with the price point that is fair and competitive.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have several friends who are just starting out with thier businesses and need a product like this that is "extremely" inexpensive and scalable as they grow. I often start people out with the FREE plan, and you can't get more reasonably priced than that. It does what they need and scales for a great price as they grow. And it is easy to use for non-techie people.

As a teacher, I rarely need traditional business cards, but in my role as a leader in edtech and president of InnEdCO, I am always sharing (and impressing) my colleagues at conferences. It's so easy to create, personalize, and share. I love it!

Some people (especially less tech-savvy folks) may not understand how to open or save your card right away.
