I appreciate how user-friendly Highlight's IHUT platform is. Everything feels foolproof, so even if you're new to consumer research and survey design, you can quickly build confidence. The tool is seamless, and they offer plenty of helpful tips, which streamlines the process and takes care of much of the programming for you. I also like that once you're logged in, you remain logged in and don't have to re-enter your credentials throughout the day. Since the portal doesn't automatically log you out, I can build out my study details and audience information in real time while gathering feedback from my team and making small decisions and adjustments as needed. The platform doesn't slow down my daily workflow; instead, it adds value by allowing me to spend less time worrying about the technical aspects and more time focusing on the research objectives. This leads to an efficient turnaround from the initial project kick-off to the final deliverable. Additionally, the customer service is excellent. My account manager is extremely knowledgeable and communicates clearly. I've had the opportunity to work with two of their senior researchers, and both made the implementation stage stress-free by thoroughly answering my questions and providing timely solutions and recommendations. My company has used Highlight twice now, bundling Phase 1 digital concept testing with Phase 2 in-home usage testing, and both experiences have been pleasant and positive. When working with physical samples especially, it's an added benefit that they offer to handle shipping and recruitment with testers—cutting down on the grunt work that we have to do internally. For some reason, the portal requires me to log in twice. The link I use directs me to a basic login page where I enter my credentials, and after clicking "Sign In," a new window automatically appears, prompting me to "Sign in with Cognito" once more. While this is a minor inconvenience and only happens once each day when I log in, it feels like an unnecessary hiccup that could be avoided.
Additionally, in the "Design Surveys" feature of their tool, I wish there were an option to move more than one question at a time. Currently, I can't shift questions in bulk, which ends up slowing down the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
