I was literally expert in utilizing the tool within an hour. The implementation was relatively straightforward, and my colleagues were happy with speed of deployment. The sales onboarding personnel was very responsive and supportive. I accessed the platform three to four times a day to ensure the insights remain current and relevant for my ongoing pursuit. It's pretty easy to use, and super easy to get started. I've not yet had to use customer support so I cannot speak to that. There really isn't any integration for us since we use D365 as our CRM. It's a shame they do not also incorporate the contact level details, but there are a ton of other tools for that.
