The most impressive thing about HeySummit is its completeness: the designers have not only thought of almost everything you would ever need to run a conference, they have answered those needs with effective and detailed design that is impressive in its thoroughness and enjoyable to use.
The other most impressive thing about HeySummit is its customer support. As a complete noob at doing a virtual summit, I was a fountain of questions. Not only did they answer all of them, they did so pleasantly, professionally, and effectively.
(Added after completing review: The review form asked about AI. I did not see any AI features, and would not have used them if they were there. So, don’t let the low AI scores impact your opinion of HeySummit; the lack of them, for me, was a feature. 😉) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot think of a downside, frankly. The challenge of using HeySummit is the challenge of putting on a successful virtual summit: ALL the details, all the project threads, all the steps involved. HeySummit meets that challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
