The tool is also built in a very user-friendly way and clearly takes into account the most important elements of legal drafting. **What do you dislike about Henchman?** None. There are no elements about Henchman that I don't like. Henchman has significantly improved the speed of contract drafting, and as lawyers, our goal is always to increase the efficiency and quality of our contract drafting. This also allows us to free up time for interactions with clients. **What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you?** By no longer having to search through documents where a lot of time is wasted looking for specific information from a specific case that you or your colleague for some reason can no longer access. In the process, many frustrations are eliminated and time is saved. ### 2. You win time when drafting or reviewing a contract, because you don't have to research your database contract per contract any longer in order to find out where you have used a certain clause in the past. You just see them all at once using the tool. ### 3. You don't need long manuals to learn how to work with Henchman. In particular, the division between 'Clauses' and 'Definitions' is very useful for efficient and targeted research of the envisaged legal provisions. **What do you dislike about Henchman?** No real drawbacks to the Henchman tool. I must confess that I often forget to use the advanced filters which can even further enhance efficiency in our daily drafting practice. **What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Henchman, I had to scroll through sharepoint to search for appropriate clauses I encountered in the past, hoping I could remember the right file. With Henchman, I am more productive and efficient and can better focus on the real complexities in a particular agreement/case. The positive side effect of these advantages is that I deliver more qualitative work, since I can invest more time on the legal issues. ### 5. The search functionality is really helpful when you've seen a similar clause in the past but can't remember in what contract. **What do you dislike about Henchman?** We receive a lot of contracts in PDF-format, here we cannot make use of Henchman (it does search in these documents, which is nice) **What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you?** No more frustrations when you cannot remember in which agreement you've seen a specific clause, but you do remember some keywords. Henchman to the rescue. Henchman helps us to be more consistent in the use of clauses. ### 6. Sometimes the application does not work.................. It can not process pdf-files......................... **What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you?** By not having to search documents or bother each other for specific information anymore, we managed to eliminate a lot of frustrations and save time.
