Henchman allows you to recover your own accumulated knowledge in a very easy and clear way in order to implement it in drafting. None. There are no elements about Henchman that I don't like. Henchman has significantly improved the speed of contract drafting, and as lawyers, our goal is always to increase the efficiency and quality of our contract drafting. What do you like best about Henchman?

Most practical part is that it is a Word add-in and you can search on individual terms, without having to go to each separate contract to find the clause you're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Henchman?

I find that it is sensitive to capitals and that you can get the same clause as a result multiple times (because the same clause is used in different contracts). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes a day at the office more efficient. You win time when drafting or reviewing a contract, because you don't have to research your database contract per contract any longer in order to find out where you have used a certain clause in the past. What do you like best about Henchman?

Henchman is strong in its simplicity. You don't need long manuals to learn how to work with Henchman. In particular, the division between 'Clauses' and 'Definitions' is very useful for efficient and targeted research of the envisaged legal provisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Henchman?

No real drawbacks to the Henchman tool. I must confess that I often forget to use the advanced filters which can even further enhance efficiency in our daily drafting practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Henchman, I had to scroll through sharepoint to search for appropriate clauses I encountered in the past, hoping I could remember the right file. With Henchman, I am more productive and efficient and can better focus on the real complexities in a particular agreement/case. What do you like best about Henchman?

It helps us draft faster without losing time having to look up wording from previously written

contracts. Besides, it supports us to ensure a certain level of consistency and quality in contract

drafting across the firm. Everybody at XX is working to achieve the best quality of service and
