**What do you like best about Helloumi?**

I like being able to create a bot used for specific items and categories. For example, there is a template for lead generation that is most relevant for my role at my work. There are also plenty of articles on the website and information on how to integrate with other platforms and software programs.

**What do you dislike about Helloumi?**

It can be a bit difficult to navigate in the beginning. I think a lot of the programs set up for bots are also not as relevant and out of date, like WhatsApp for example. That is not a platform that many agencies utilizie frequently.

**What problems is Helloumi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a streamlined process for setting up lead generation capture.

**What do you like best about Helloumi?**

I do like the simplicity of creating a chatbot using this tool, which is now named Landbot.

**What do you dislike about Helloumi?**

Chatting with a bot would not be conducive to the growth and success of my company. I prefer a personal touch when assisting my customers.

**What problems is Helloumi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Landbot can be helpful in a few specific situations. However, I'm not too fond of the idea of chatting with a bot.
