At first, I thought I would use HelloData to supplement our primary third-party data resources, but I was surprised when it picked up a lease being signed in real-time. As our team was putting together the investment package, our rent rolls were becoming obsolete, but HelloData allowed us to track in real-time how leasing was performing, not just on the asset we were valuing but also on the comps.
