Hello Recruiter Reviews & Product Details

Hello Recruiter is an AI hiring platform built for small and medium businesses that are always hiring. It automates the HR screening round so lean HR teams can move faster, reduce costs, and make better hiring decisions without adding headcount. The platform conducts live, two-way AI-powered screening interviews with every candidate. Not pre-recorded messages. Not chatbot forms. The AI holds a real, adaptive conversation, asking follow-up questions based on candidate answers and assessing culture fit, salary expectations, availability, and soft skills. The result lands in the recruiter's inbox as a scored, ranked shortlist with full transcripts and reasoning behind every number. Hello Recruiter also runs 25+ fraud detection checks across every candidate, flagging AI-written resumes, credential inconsistencies, deepfake video, second voice detection, lip sync mismatch, and AI-assisted interview responses before a candidate ever reaches the recruiter. Every score comes with evidence and reasoning. Recruiters make every final decision. Pilots with companies across enterprise, finance, technology, and government sectors. Hello Recruiter has screened 1.5M+ candidates and caught 25,000+ fraudulent applicants. Average time to first interview: under 5 minutes. Average time to hire: 11 days. Built for US and English-speaking markets with support for 30+ languages for global and LATAM hiring. Greenhouse ATS integration in progress. Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub partner.
