## About HeartLedge
HeartLedge is practice management software for independent coaches. It combines scheduling, intake forms, payments, client management, session notes, messaging, check-ins, and client portal access in one system. Clients can book through a public link, complete intake forms, and view their sessions, packages, and payments through the client portal. Payments are processed through the coach’s own Stripe account and are deposited directly to the coach. HeartLedge does not charge a platform fee on client payments. HeartLedge offers one plan that includes all features and unlimited clients. Introductory pricing is $20 per month. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. HeartLedge is a product of Pulse ROI, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

**What do you like best about HeartLedge?**

The GUI is straightforward. The menu on the left is intuitive. I have not used all of the features to be able to give a fully objective review.

**What do you dislike about HeartLedge?**

There is not enough control over aspects of scheduling and client status, in my opinion. I need to be able to classify clients and change schedules independently, without waiting on the client for anything.

**What problems is HeartLedge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing clients' keeping notes; scheduling appointments

**What do you like best about HeartLedge?**

I found HeartLedge to be extraordinary at integrating the many services needed as a coach, in one place.

**What do you dislike about HeartLedge?**

At first I missed a few of the drop down options but that was simply user error and nothing within the software itself.

**What problems is HeartLedge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeartLedge made it simple to get payment, scheduling and offers streamlined quickly so that I could get back to what I really love to do- serving clients!
