Scribe allows custom templates, so you can include the information you add to every note, along with any routine wording required for documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is absolutely no support after onboarding. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone via email, and there is no phone support.
Once you’re subscribed, there is NO WARNING and no email when your renewal comes up—they just charge the new price. You can’t cancel in your portal, and there’s no way to manage a subscription. After four emails and a month of trying, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company (and find another medical AI scribe).
The scribe is good at removing conversational filler, but if you review a note word for word, it leaves out a lot of relevant details. By the end, I was plugging the scribe transcript in on my own with a template that I had developed separately with Gemini.
You also have to watch it like a hawk for AI hallucinations. I had one note where the AI hallucinated an entire car accident, a broken leg, and rehab—and I treat patients for scoliosis. No broken bones were involved at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
