I like that Freed saves a lot of time and doesn't miss things the way handwritten or typed notes can. I appreciate that it allows me to spend more face-to-face time with my patients. After a note is written, Freed lets me make adjustments or changes based on feedback, which is really helpful. I find it beneficial that I can create note templates, which is great for my pediatric practice because many of my visits are well child checks. Additionally, it does not have the AI hallucinations that I experienced with other note writers. Setting up Freed is really easy, and even right out of the box, it can write an efficient note from the first patient visit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I find that the language translation isn't perfect. It is really nice that the notes can be done in other languages. Particularly, I have a lot of Spanish speaking patients. But at times, I find that the Spanish output isn't always completely accurate, so I still like to use an interpreter when I'm in the room. I guess that's one of the things that could be improved. Freed doesn't have any integration with the EMR, so you have to have the Freed window open and manually copy and paste. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
