What do you like best about HCSS?

Obviously technical support is second to none, not just for a software firm, but any commercial product. The ownership the employees take in my challenges and issues is a big relief that helps me feel like my problems will get solved. The ongoing efforts to integrate products also helps me do my work one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCSS?

My only concern is the third party entities that HCSS is integrating with seem to be 50/50 on real usefulness vs. another check mark on the list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HCSS?

Once my foremen have been educated on how to properly enter time for labor, equipment, and materials, HeavyJob has significantly reduced my data entry/rework of entering information into a spreadsheet that my foremen have previously written down on their progress sheet. I'm able to spend more time analyzing the data than entering it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCSS?

Garbage in garbage out. If the information being entered into the timecards is not accurate or correct, it can be time consuming to correct it. However, like with anything there's a learning curve. There also, does not appear to be a good way in HeavyBid to set up a Unit Price structured bid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
