HCSS is a tool all highway contracts must have to be efficient and manage project bidding. **What do you dislike about HCSS?** There is not much I dislike about HCSS it's that good of a product, the only thing I can think of is the costs can be expensive to add all the other additional software available such as Heavy Job that integrates with Heavy Bid. That can get expensive the larger your organization is. **What problems is HCSS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes bidding very quick, efficient and easy. ### 4. However, we do not use it as a bid management program becuase it's lacks the functionality and requires duplicate entry to maintain. ### 49.
