What do you like best about HCSS?

It makes bidding on our jobs easier and more accurate. The ability for foremen to enter material quantities and worker time from the field is a significant time saver! The monthly webinars are a great way to see what's happening and get to know their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCSS?

The website heavyjob.hcssapps.com works effectively on a computer for entering time and material quantities. The iPad app works well for this, also. It's great that there's a phone app, but it presently doesn't allow you to enter start and stop times. On the last webinar, it sounded like they were working on rectifying it. What do you like best about HCSS?

I've worked with HCSS for about 5 years now; their customer service is easily the best thing about them. Sure, the product works well and is easy to use - but the customer service is the absolute best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCSS?

The downsides? There are not a ton, other than connection issues when working in a VERY remote area, where even the hotels have diminished wifi capabilities (i.e. mining towns). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HCSS online help is extremly helpful and top notch. HCSS software is user friendly and very intuitive. We recently purchased HeavyJob and the implementation and training was great and a smooth transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HCSS?

I enjoy the ease of use and short cuts once you have a strong foundation (code books). The activity code book keeps estimates consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
