**What do you like best about HCM Deck?**

HCM Deck has a big promise. The platform combines many elements which can be used in creating engaging content for learners. I love that you can adjust the platform to your company's needs, you can even apply your logo, graphics, so everything is consistent with the company's brand. Most elements have settings that let you automate processes like sending out invites, generating certificates or keeping track of evaluation.

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

Some administration functions are not as intuitive as I expected. From the user perspective, I don't see any downsides so far.

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to centralize all learning and development projects happening within the company. It improves the reporting as comparisons and preparing statistics becomes easier. It is also easier for the employees that they can find all the resources on one platform.

**What do you like best about HCM Deck?**

HCM Deck streamlines my work. It helps me with daily tasks and expands the knowledge of all employees in our structures. HCM Deck is a great tool for checking and expanding knowledge, and from my perspective, as someone who creates tests, it is primarily very intuitive and easy to use :)

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

There is nothing that I dislike or that bothers me in my daily use of HCM Deck.

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HCM Deck allows me to create tests for employees who handle projects in our company. Creating them independently using, for example, Word would be very time-consuming and complicated, and at the same time, not very effective and impressive. HCM Deck makes creating tests much simpler for me, and for the examinees, the tests are more intuitive.

**What do you like best about HCM Deck?**

HCM Deck is a LMS system I have ben working with for 7 years. During this time, I have observed significant developmnet both in its technical and design aspects. It became much easier to use and eye-pleasent. One of the best things about HCM Deck is excellent tech support. Another - events both tradicional (Best Practices Day conference) and online (wideo pills). All that makes using their platform a really nice and satisfying experience.

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

Some features are still in development (such as dashboards or visual survey reports) so sometimes we have to rely on other solutions.

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access to our big learning library for out sales teams and possibilities of creating variety od learning programs for specific purposes and personas.

**What do you like best about HCM Deck?**

The product offered by HCM DECK is very intuitive to use, both for the end user and from the administrative side. It is very easy to access the content that interests us and to correct it. Reports can be made in many possible ways from e-learning courses and more, and best of all in this area, HCMD does not stop but continuously improves to increase satisfaction with using the platform.
The support from the supervisor is indescribable, with quick action and reaction. There was never a situation where I was left without an answer when I asked for help.

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

At the moment, I don't see anything that I would dislike. Even if there is something like that, it's possible that other options and solutions make this problem seem trivial.

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization uses the HCM Deck platform to deliver the most important content to employees. We have dedicated paths for both pre-onboarding and onboarding itself. It's great that this is blended learning; we have content to read, e-learnings, webinars, and we can record attendance at live meetings. We also use the paths for other programs, such as managerial ones, which make it quite easy for us to generate reports.

What I like most about the platform is its clarity, the number of functionalities, and the level and quality of support from the company.

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

I have not yet found anything that does not meet my expectations, overwhelms me, or that I would not want or be unable to use.

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform will solve many problems related to resources and training. Until now, we have struggled with the issue of lack of time from both the participants and the trainers. Online training will solve this problem. Another thing is reaching a larger number of people willing to improve their qualifications and skills. With the platform, it will be much easier.

Generally, all that appear during the implementation of the training, then in its operation and extracting results. You can always count on quick support :)

**What do you like best about HCM Deck?**

I like that in HCMdeck you can easily set up how the system looks for different users. You can decide how many tiles and tabs you want on the main page, and it looks cool because you can add your own pictures. The admin, user, and manager each get their own set of tiles without needing to ask for them.

For users, it's nice because they only see what they need to see, and there aren't any empty tabs 😊. The system is great for setting up paths for new employees (Onboarding). You can create these paths for different types of employees and assign them automatically based on groups you set up from information in the HR systems.

There are also cool new features, like the Training Catalog and the "to-do" list. These make it easy for users to find what they need and do the things they have to do. The setup and changes in the system go smoothly. During setup, you can get training to learn the basics of using and setting up the system. The training gives you access to a practice environment where you can try out all the actions in the system without messing up your own stuff.

When you buy the system, you can choose the parts you need for your organization. HCMdeck can also customize or create specific things for your company. The support team is quick and sticks to the agreed-upon response times. 

Our account manager does everything to make sure we're happy with the cooperation, and we really value the good relationships that make it easy to work. HCMdeck is also cool because it creates a community where customers share knowledge - that's really valuable!

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

As for downsides, everyone wishes for something after using a system for a while. Personally, I dream of automation, like the system suggesting new training content based on what users are searching for (kind of like Netflix), tracking video views, and a new version of surveys 😊. I hope the product team looks into these things soon 😊

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring a bunch of employees, both in our own team and at dealerships. We use a system for onboarding, which helps us train lots of people faster. The system lets us keep track of everything in one place, and users know exactly what they need to do and in what order to go through the onboarding process.

Handling sign-ups for different types of training by people from different teams. We use it to sign up for both required and optional training, so we always know how many people signed up, attended, and can report the results. It's not just the training folks; even people from partner companies do this. We can do all this thanks to some advanced settings.

Need to keep sharing and updating knowledge for sales and support teams. We use the Online Courses feature and Training Catalog to easily share training content, both the stuff we legally have to do and things that help us learn more.

**What do you like best about HCM Deck?**

We have a couple dozen years of experience with various training platforms. From our very first meeting (and we have had tens of them), I know that the people who work in HCM Deck are professionals. They are very open-minded, able to listen, and provide great advice. We have been working together for almost 5 years, and the HCM Deck platform is used by several thousand users from different companies in our group. It is impossible to have avoided glitches during this time, but what makes me especially happy is that all of them have been resolved in an appropriate - that is, fast - time. Any contact with HCM is a good, useful, and often inspiring time. Marcin, Kamil, Ewa, Anna, Agnieszka, Katarzyna, Monika, Szymon, Łukasz, Michał - thank you for that!

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

If I really have to find something, it would be the lack of system capability to integrate with Microsoft Viva Learning.

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivery of mandatory training, those prescribed by law as well as internal training. Transfer of key information about the company and processes as part of the onboarding program. The ability to customize appropriate training programs dedicated to different audiences: for example, a path for a novice manager or a path for the implementation of a new vendor. HCM Deck has an extensive reporting system, also cyclical, on virtually any topic you can think of that is related to training.

HCM Deck meets the needs of our company related to the customization of paths and tasks for office and warehouse employees. Learning and training can be more engaging thanks to this platform's various elements and functions and visually inviting interface (that can be adjusted to our company's brand). Another advantage is the onboarding process carried out by the team from HCM Deck, which was extremely patient and helpful at every step. The onboarding program allowed us to familiarize ourselves with all the possibilities of the platform thoroughly and facilitated platform implementation in our company.

Managing access in the knowledge base is a bit difficult and requires work if we want to keep selected content private between departments.

Platform is very intuitive for users. All solutions all constantly improved. Many processses related to learning in one place! Easy reporting of user activity.

The hardest part for administartors is assigning administrative roles and creating surveys. These are the last elements that require improvement.

**What do you like best about HCM Deck?**

First of all great contact with the Support team – they always cater to our needs. The platform is also very friendly for the users and flexible for the business needs. You can specify the time and date when onboarding or specific course should start. It can be allocated to different groups of employees depending on their job title/deprtment/location/. On the platform you can attach numerous materials in different formats, links, edit the format of the project so it fits with video, it is compatible with SCORM. The platform is also with very flexible test options. You can mix the questions and answers during the test also to start the test and finish it on a different day. The reporting is impressive. One of the most important thing for successful L&D strategy is data. You can collect any kind of data with HCM DECK.

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

From time to time there are bugs on admins side. Luckily this is always quickly resolved with the help of the responsive support team. My experience shows that any kind of problem was prioritized and ressolved.

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We managed to make the onboarding process for our team completely remote. It is just as effective as the traditional one. Onboardees have close contact with the manager thanks to the way onboarding is designed on the platform and they easily navigate the onboarding path thanks to tiles (shortcuts) on the homepage. Managers on the other side can get the data from the progress with one click. We’ve also used the platform to build a comprehensive knowledge base and have been able to gather content in many different formats. This saves time for our employees. They have everything they need at hand.

Managing dates in available reports and a very simple and coherent Knowledge Base module. Great support team.

**What do you dislike about HCM Deck?**

Some useful tools stayed in the old Flash version, and for that moment, we use vendor support in some operations which before we done independently.

**What problems is HCM Deck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With HCM help we deliver e-learnings for 3500 employees. We manage onboarding program, annually professional training, license exam and else learning actions. We engaged ours SME, trainers and managers in simple administration tasks on platform.
