You can customise it as per your requirement but still it is not so appealing **What problems is HCL Workload Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Million of batches can run at single point of time. The tool does a great job or rather the UI and feature functionality allows you to always know the status of jobs, easily jump in and manage them, and is very good at making sure you know where your workloads are in an observability style method. **What do you dislike about HCL Workload Automation?** I personally don't have a negative comment, but that is because I'm not in the tool on a daily basis probably. I have heard murmors during meetings about slow performence due to what is perceived to be long running or larger scaled jobs. However, nothing that would run into job compete issues or make us look to an alternate option. **What problems is HCL Workload Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are looking at HCL to handle batch processing jobs for global data solutions and processing. Also, we have many discovery phase style jobs that we run during any given sales cycle or product discovery for a client of feature. ### 4. If you have used this product HCL has made enhancements that make it very user friendly. **What do you dislike about HCL Workload Automation?** HCL has always been good to work with, in the last little while support has not been as good as it usually has. One thing that I do not like is the way the handle creating event rules. They took a fairly easy screen and made it very difficult to follow which makes using event rules cumbersome. **What problems is HCL Workload Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** The new version of HCL basically takes care of itself. The team that has helped me configure HWA has made it easy to figure out issues. New departments in my company are starting to use the scheduler. ### 5. Still there are many integrations with the newer cloud infrastructure that are being missing. But i am sure through automation hub more and more are getting created as you read the reviews **What problems is HCL Workload Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are many scheduling problems we are solving by use of workload automation. One being the unreliability of the basic OS schedulers which don't have cross integration. ### 6.
