Hatch OS Reviews & Product Details

In a restaurant franchise network, the information exists but never reaches the floor. The operations manual sits in a Drive nobody opens during service. Head office sends updates by email or WhatsApp groups with no way of knowing who read them. Every time a team member leaves, training starts over. And head office spends its days answering the same questions. Hatch OS hands this work to seven AI agents, each with its own job. Staff install nothing: they message on WhatsApp or ask the restaurant tablet, and the answer comes from your own documents, with the source cited. When an agent does not know, it does not make things up: the question goes to head office. Peep answers staff on WhatsApp in their own language and sends your announcements while tracking who read them. Owl answers on the restaurant tablet, by voice or text. Pecker sends training through a simple WhatsApp link, with no app or password, and follows up with anyone who drops off. Jay connects your documents and helps keep the manual up to date. Finch runs your audits on mobile and tracks every action plan until the fix is proven. Sparrow pre-qualifies franchise candidates and manages each opening. Lark brings together everything the agents do and answers your questions about the state of the network. Hatch OS connects to what you already use (Google Drive, Notion, Airtable, OneDrive / SharePoint, PDF, spreadsheets, videos), with no migration. Setup takes two to three hours on your side. Data is hosted in Europe, encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per customer, and no model is ever trained on your data: it is in the contract. One price per location, with all seven agents and unlimited users included, so everyone in the network can use it, from head office to the kitchen.
