The changes to the UI are absolutely awful. It used to be things laid out sensibly but now its a cluster. Their acquisition by bending spoons is a nightmare on rails. It also stores the invoices but we also do that ourselves as we don't trust their system to keep the originals. You can pull data from the system but it basically just dumps it into excel. The new layout showing the billing lines is hugely unhelpful. We have tried to access their APIs but those are also useless. If you pull a lot of data, it drags like crazy. Its just pulling from a table so its kind of a joke. They recently decided that the best way to treat their client base was to raise their rates 600+%. This product is great for time tracking and invoicing. The interface is simple but still effective. Our team really appreciates how easy it is to use, and as an engineering consultant who tracks time to bill clients, that matters a lot—this is how we get paid, so it’s crucial that the team actually likes using it. The number one thing is the recent private equity acquisition of Harvest increased the price by 600%. It increased 6x overnight for us without warning. The minimum to use the product now with "unlimited" usage of the app is $1,500 per month, plus $14/mo/user.
