**What do you like best about HappyFox Workflows?**

Ticketing system of HappyFox very smooth and any one with no prior experience can learn very easily. Recently, they have added many options for agency users.

**What do you dislike about HappyFox Workflows?**

Interface design needs to be worked upon. It is very dull as compared to other platforms. Color code of the UI can be improved.

**What problems is HappyFox Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HappyFox acts as a medium for our client and us to  receive task and deliver the results. Different clients across globe can easily send a ticket for a task using HappyFox. Handling multiple PODs tickets becomes very efficient with HappyFox

The best use case of HappyFox Workflows is its RMA automation and multi-level approvals.
Also, the customer support is too good, smooth flow and indeed its easy to use!

**What do you dislike about HappyFox Workflows?**

Almost everything is perfect! Still it can add AI into operations for quick work!

**What problems is HappyFox Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HappyFox Workflows is providing solution as a workflows management software best for multi-level approvals!
I have used it for employee onbaording & offboarding process and also RMA automation.

**What do you like best about HappyFox Workflows?**

What I find most useful about HappyFox is the organization. When I first used it, I was overwhelmed by the amount of tickets and functions. But once I took the time to review the website in its entirety, I was relieved to know that it was quite easy to maneuver and use.

**What do you dislike about HappyFox Workflows?**

I don't believe I have ever had a negative experience while using any of the HappyFox functions. I have always managed to find exactly what I am looking for on the site.

**What problems is HappyFox Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me stay on top of issues that I face within the workplace, in regards to complaints and inquiries coming in from the many customers were service daily.

Definition & availablity of each workflow that is required to keep everyone on same page with the progress with the ongoing project and can get a full scenario with the availability of report.  UI too, well structured

**What do you dislike about HappyFox Workflows?**

Nothing big such but there is always room for getting better at something

**What problems is HappyFox Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping a structured way of having all the workflows pre, ongoing and post request that gives idea about the progress and when there is any update on project, it gets auto-updated

Seeing when an agent was typing in a current ticket was the best feature

It was hard to navigate and reporting was just average

This software was the first ticketing system our company implemented so it provided many benefits

**What do you like best about HappyFox Workflows?**

It has one of the best ticketing system for for customer support. We can assign tasks and set up workflows within an organization.

**What do you dislike about HappyFox Workflows?**

It's user interface is not good. Little bit complex and not user friendly.

**What problems is HappyFox Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this for getting tickets from clients and start working on them. This simplified the client and agency interaction.
