Who is Happay pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics and feedback, Happay's pricing is best suited for mid-market companies with 51 to 1,000 employees and large enterprises exceeding 1,000 employees. G2 reviews of Happay show strong adoption across industries including accounting, information technology, financial services, consulting, and hospitality. Enterprise reviewers particularly value Happay's SAP integration, automated approval workflows, corporate card controls, and audit-ready reporting. Mid-market G2 users highlight ease of implementation and reimbursement tracking as key benefits. G2 reviewers from smaller businesses find Happay functional but occasionally note that the pricing of Happay and onboarding complexity may be less ideal for very small teams.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Happay?

Happay does not offer a free version or a free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Happay, the sole available plan requires prospective buyers to schedule a demo and contact the vendor for a custom quote. This single-tier, enterprise-oriented pricing model covers the full suite of Happay's capabilities, including corporate spend management, reimbursements, petty cash, business expenses, payments, corporate cards, travel management, and end-to-end integrations. G2 reviewers note that while Happay's pricing model may present a barrier for smaller organizations, the comprehensive feature set delivered under this custom-quote structure suits businesses seeking an all-in-one expense management solution.

Is Happay considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Happay broadly indicate strong value for mid-market and enterprise organizations, with the majority of ratings falling between 4.0 and 5.0 out of 5. G2 users frequently highlight Happay's user-friendly interface, automated expense workflows, seamless SAP integration, and AI-powered receipt scanning as standout features that justify the investment. However, some G2 reviewers note that Happay's pricing may be a consideration for smaller businesses or startups with tight budgets. Support quality is a recurring concern, with some reviewers citing slow resolution times and lack of dedicated relationship managers as factors that temper overall value perception.

"Streamlined Travel Management with Intuitive UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Happay?

I really like Happay’s user interface; it is exceptionally well-designed and highly efficient. The smoothness of the UI enhances my experience, making it seamless to perform tasks such as selecting airlines and checking prices. I particularly appreciate the single sign-on feature, which simplifies the approval process, allowing me to navigate different functionalities effortlessly as both a user and an approver with the use of multiple tabs. This comprehensive interface contributes to an overall positive user experience. The integration process was quite smooth, which indicates that the setup with Happay was done correctly, providing a hassle-free experience despite minor issues. What do you dislike about Happay?

I find the approval process inconvenient as it requires me to go to the portal for approvals, which involves multiple steps such as logging in and clicking, whereas I would prefer a more streamlined process like directly approving from email. Comparing it to SAP, where the workflow is more efficient, this additional step is time-consuming and inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Travel Management with Minor Currency Hiccups"

What do you like best about Happay?

I like that Happay makes managing employee travel expenses for 90 users efficient by allowing all expenses and approvals to be reviewed in one dashboard. As a Finance In-Charge, I find this process very easy and fast. The dashboard helps provide a clear view of the Statutory and Investment Audit, allowing each transaction to be reviewed in depth. Sharing the dashboard access with the auditor is seamless, letting them easily review every transaction. This setup eliminates queries from the auditor regarding travel expenses. Setting up Happay for our team was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Happay?

For international employees, Happay is quite limited as it's not able to handle transactions in foreign currency, which is a big setback. It would be helpful if Happay could support Forex transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
