I like that the HackerRank Developer Skills Platform is easy to navigate and easy to use. Even though I'm not an engineer, I can give it a try and feel comfortable using it. It's also great that we can add things to it and that the team is very good at listening to our feedback and implementing what we ask for. I find the integration of accurate rank with any of the ATSs to be lacking. Specifically, the integration with Berkeley was not very good and it still has many problems. To mitigate this, I suggest implementing measures such as requiring candidates to send in a photo of themselves during the assessment as a way of ensuring they are not using external aids.
