**What do you like best about Hach WIMS?**

I like that you can input data and create other documents based off of it easily.

**What do you dislike about Hach WIMS?**

Visually, it's a mess. Looks like 1999 kind of software.

**Recommendations to others considering Hach WIMS:**

As far as I know there aren't any alternatives to Hach WIMS for plant control. However, if there are newer options out there, I would look into them. Hach WIMS is dated and clunky. I'd imagine other companies out there can improve upon this basic idea. I work at a wastewater treatment plant which isn't exactly at the cutting edge of things but there's got to be a better way than how it is  now. 

**What problems is Hach WIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We input our daily data for plant control into Hach WIMS and are able to do quick calculations and look at historical trends easily. We use it everyday for data.
