What do you like best about GuardianRx?

The general UI is very simple for the end user and there is a very clear direction of the flow through the work process. Carepoint Support is amazing shout out to Rachel and all of her team for working through many trouble shooting, configuration, and user errors with me as we worked together to increase efficiency and ensure that patients orders were shipped on time. You have most of the features you need and alot of the ones you dont. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GuardianRx?

While the people behind the application are great the application itself is starting to show its age. And not in a good way as more and more offices are migrating over to office 365 and competitors are discounting prices even more. The back-end architecture of the application is struggling now to meet the demands of the customer especially as they are growing in size, products, and services available. Recommendations to others considering GuardianRx:

If you are in the infancy stages of implementation and dont anticipate scaling large then yes this is a good cost effective delivery product. However once you get to the point where you have to scale the system itself is just not up to the task to handle large amounts of orders without experiencing a slowdown. What problems is GuardianRx solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have solved how to quickly and efficiently verify patient statuses. The benefits I have noticed is that with a good support team we were able to scale and adapt the product to our Pharmacy Teams needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
