Guardhouse Reviews & Product Details

Guardhouse is workforce management software built specifically for security companies that need stronger control over rostering, compliance, time and attendance, payroll, invoicing and field operations. Security businesses operate in a high-pressure, low-margin environment where small gaps can quickly become costly. Missed shifts, manual timesheets, payroll errors, licence compliance issues, unclear guard availability and slow invoicing all place pressure on operations teams and can affect client service, profitability and trust. Guardhouse helps security providers bring their people, sites, shifts and back-office processes into one connected platform. The system gives teams clearer visibility of guard availability, overtime, fatigue, compliance status, conflicting shifts and financial outcomes, so managers can make faster and more confident decisions. Rostering, time capture, payroll preparation and invoicing are linked, reducing double handling, improving accuracy and helping teams move from manual administration to more streamlined operations. For guards in the field, Guardhouse supports clearer communication, mobile access to shift information, time and attendance, incident reporting, patrol activity and proof of service delivery. For operations leaders, it helps improve shift coverage, reduce administrative burden, protect margins and deliver a more professional experience to clients. Guardhouse is designed around the realities of running a security business, not generic workforce management. It helps security companies save time, improve compliance, reduce errors, strengthen service delivery and scale with greater confidence.
