What do you like best about gther?

we wanted to be able to customise the navigation for our last event which wasn't possible at the time. But that said the gther team have now implemented this product update folloing our feedback and now we have the ability to customise the navigation on every event. What do you like best about gther?

gther has been great for helping us organise our meetings at the exhibitions we attend! Going from having manually manage the meetings on a spreadsheet, to letting my team take ownership of their own meetings has been nothing but a blessing - Sync has saved me countless hours of manual admin and the platform is super simple to set-up and use! What do you like best about gther?

We found their team to be very hands on and supportive with our customer needs.

The VX platform us easy to use and makes the implementation of our clients hybrid event programmes so much easier.

We have used VX for some years now, progressing from pure virtual events such as product launches, sales kick-offs, conferencing, live-streams, townhouses to hybrid events that coincide with a brand's global show program. There are many features that allow for easy intergration with other software commonly used at our client's events.

With sustainbility a growing consideration for the brand experience industry, I think its great there is such an intuitive piece of software out there to help extend the physical experience into the digital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service we get from our Customer Success Manager is brilliant. Proactive and insightful, always offering help and advice on ways we can improve our processes and how the platform can best support us. What do you like best about gther?

In our opinion gther really stands out for their exceptional customer support and dedication to their customers. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our events run smoothly. The VX platform gives allows us to provide a fully branded experience, for the attendees who are not able to join us on-site and the mobile app supports our in-person attendees and greatly enhances the overall event experience. With the app we have seen great increase in engagement at our events! Sync also is a great tool for us and has been immense in reducing the admin heavy task of managing meetings with our sales teams at our exhibitions we attend. "Amazing event app for hybrid, online and in-person events"
What do you like best about gther?

Gther are there to listen and implement our asks, as big or tiny they can be as they want to improve their product for all of their clients.

The app and platform are easy to navigate when you do not know it, we had really good feedback from our members using it during our last meeting as a fully in-person event. In the past, we have used it for hybrid and fully online events and each time it's getting better. The frequency of use was twice a year before but now we were able to increase it by providing a yearly platform for members outside of events, bringing together our community.

The app and platform features essential and more fun aspects which makes the experience more engaging for users. Going from the the essential tools such agenda and list of participants to microverse and leadership board to get people to engage with the content.

The integration with our CRM (Salesforce) is essential and was implemented quickly.

Finally, the customer support is great, as pre-event they have provided us access to the backend so we can split the work and during the event, having a dedicated person there to help our participants was a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about gther?

There isn't much to write in the dislikes of the app, maybe as a feedback for the customer support, if it would be possible to have an automatic system for forgotten passwords so it is done instantantly. And I know it is in the works, but to integrate the media library to the app directly instead of being redirected to the platform, so it is really a reflection from one side to the other, same for the microverse feature.
