We took advantage of all the features on gther, and found real benefit when using them, in particular being able to sync to outlook, sending automated updates via text, and pulling reports from the system. The team gther are extremely helpful and quick at responding. I would highly recommend gther! **What do you dislike about gther?** We had a couple of minor technical glitches, I.e. pages freezing or not loading. However, we had no major isseues, and the minor technical glitches did not cause any real problems. **What problems is gther solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to pull reports from the system was particularly useful. But also the ease of communication between our team, I.e. sending automated messages to users when a change was made - this was always done manually before. ### 2. The Gther team are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile - having support like that is invaluable! **What do you dislike about gther?** The only downsides we had are being implemented into their updates - they are constantly upgrading the system which is great! **What problems is gther solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a huge event with hundreds of clients and meetings all within just a few days and Gther allows us to create a meeting booking system that we can cater to our very specific needs. Not only can be book hundreds of meetings, but then also use it to check-in and gather reports post-event. It is a platform that looks after the whole process. ### 3. It was my first time using Gther and we had a detailed introduction on how to use the system which was very helpful. I think the system itself was easy to use and it worked seamlessly at our 4 day event with no problems. **What do you dislike about gther?** Some functions needed to be changed as we wanted to be able to check each indiviual for one meeting that has mulitple people attending, but gther have said they will change this for us the next time we use them! **What problems is gther solving and how is that benefiting you?** People being able to book meetings in multiple meeting rooms for a four day event with ease. ### 5. It's very intuitive and easy to use. Gther is a great tool that allows you to manage several assets, and also provides a precise agenda of the whole event, of each asset, and of each participant. **What do you dislike about gther?** The updates and notifications are not as fast as expected **What problems is gther solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gther is working on some new updates and features that we suggested after using it in our event. In our case, if those updates and new features are possible, we will be able to offer an even better user experience to our team members and guests, speed up the collection of key data, and simplify the creation of post-event reports ### 6. Gther team does not hesitate to always go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Over the past couple of years, they have always come up with creative solutions to enhance the expereince of our users. **What do you dislike about gther?** In general our experience has been very positive. Despite all the hard work and investment, bugs and technical issues occur occasionally. It would be helpful for Gther to warn the customer about potential bugs or technical complications to better manage expectations. **What problems is gther solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gther is helping us integrate a community engagement space available to our membership as part of our event platform.
