**What do you like best about gther?**

Gther offers us a one-stop solution for our event requirements. The team is eager to make sure the systems work for our specific needs, rather than pushing an off-the-shelf solution. The level of support they provide is unmatched, with a friendly, knowledgeable team member on hand whenever you get stuck, and a dev team that moves fast. The tools are simple and easy to use, and this is only going to get better as the team continues to refine and improve the current platform. We look forward to continuing to work with the team on future events.

**What do you dislike about gther?**

The team is working hard to integrate all of the systems more effectively. I’ve shared some of my thoughts on this, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to improve going forward.

Gther offers a one-stop solution in-territory for all of our event needs. The system is flexible, so it can suit many different types of events. We have used the system for a traditional trade show, and we’ll be using it later this year for a convention. This really demonstrates just how flexible the system is.

**What do you like best about gther?**

I used gther to manage our event, and it ran smoothly from start to finish. They allowed me to focus on other aspects of the event by completing lots of planning, registration, and on-site support. I really like that they made sure I had the most appropriate technology for my event and provided support throughout. Their AI tool is particularly helpful because it sped up our process for potential leads, filled out the required fields, and gave us more time to build relationships with potential customers.

Gther helps simplify events management, from registration to reporting, while offering flexible, branded solutions and great support! It saves time, reduces stress and ensures events run smoothly in both person and online.

Gther addresses many of the common pain points of event apps, especially through a user-friendly design, but like any other platform, the success and uptake of the event technology is dependent on whether attendees are motivated to use it

**What problems is gther solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Branding and flexibility! Many other event platforms offer 'off-the-shelf' packages with a standard, minimal look and feel. Gther emphasises that 'you use the tools you want' and can customise registration sites, portals and apps. This betters the attendee's experience and in turn provides a better brand impression. The customisations also means that my event can run exactly how I need it! It's tailored exactly to my business styles, styles and objectives

**What do you like best about gther?**

Using the AI tool on the SYNC app has made lead capture incredibly easy and the tool itself is incredibly intuitive. I will no longer worry about forgetting a contact or writing down notes from a conversation. This a tool you will actually impress your new contact and make the exchange of details more relaxed and almost fun - love it! Also love the fact that all leads are stored in the related event on the app, and can easily be pulled on to a spreadsheet or, as I have been informed but not yet tried, directly to our CRM.

**What do you dislike about gther?**

The only downside I could think of is the actual act of getting your phone out and scanning a badge/business card, but as mentioned given the information that is provided it serves as a additional talking point

Just being able to bring all the information taken at an event and localizing it and making it more user friendly, and therefore reduces time and effort in the follow up process

That we could fully brand our registration page as we desired with the help of the customer success team. Have branded emails sent to our exhibitors & attendee's after registration and easily track the registrations for our event. We have a onboarding call with the gther team and they understood our requirements and helped us implement our pages with ease.

There isn't anything we dislike about gther's RSVP platform

**What problems is gther solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a branded event page & multiple registration forms for exhibitors & attendee's to complete for our event which gther where able to understand our requirement and build the pages & forms as we desired. They also took us through an onboarding call to show us how to navigate the platform so we could amend anything desired which was extremely helpful!

**What do you like best about gther?**

The gther team are always on hand to support, and always go the extra mile to ensure that we are supported and prepared for our events. It is a great feeling when you know your supplier is more of a partner in your events. The platform is very user friendly and easy to use, and only takes us 15-20 minutes to set-up our events. Always on hand and only ever a phone call away, and they instantly help us with whatever issue we are facing. Overall gther is reliable, detailed, flexible and meets our needs.

Sometimes I find the HTML formatting a little tricky but their team are always on hand to help with this, and advising of neat tricks to make it easy to remember in future!

gther's support and customer success team are super helpful and act as a great partner for our clients, allowing us to rely on them to manage the technology side of our client events, helping to implement the registration and mobile app. The platform is also super easy for us to use even without the basic training.

gther's support and customer success team have been great to work with and always respond quickly and help whenever we've needed them. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive to manage our events. We use RSVP, Sync & their event app to manage our events and provide a good experience for our attendees.

I don't know that I have anything I really dislike. The team are always super helpful and are ready to help anytime we need assistance. They are always great at listening to our feedback and implementing the improvements!

We have never had an event app for our events so far, and this has been a great addition - we have had lots of great feedback. I also like the reports we get with easy data points to feedback to our teams.

**What do you like best about gther?**

We use gther for the exhibitions we attend to allow our sales team to easily book in meetings with clients and prospects and track their leads at the event.  It took no time at all to set up the Sync platform, and has saved us hours of manual management of meetings for our team and has given us a lot of data insight as to the value of the event. The gther team are also super helpful in guiding us on best practice and coming up with great solutions to fit our needs.

There isnt anything i can think of that i dislike. The team are always very open to our feedback and are constantly evolving.

gther has saved us countless hours of manual management for booking stand spaces at events for our sales team's meetings. Now they can manage this themselves, but we still have the overall control of the stand space and get great data insights post event as to the success and value driven from the event, which we havent had before.

I like gther's easy registration tool which connects into our crm allowing us to have one central place for all of our data from our events and sales meetings which get booked using their Sync platform and allow our attendees to see the event schedule as well as their sales meetings in their personalised app agenda.  The support we get from gther is great!

there isnt anything i dislike - the integration is easy to set-up and cheaper than other suppliers we have worked with.

Gives us an easy way to manage attendance and also helps us to keep our data centralised in our crm. The branding opportunities are also great as it allows us to whitelabel the platform at no extra cost, gther helps put our brand first.

Sync has been a fantastic tool for our event management needs at the exhibitions we attend. In my opinion one of the best benefits of gther's Sync platform, is how it empowers our sales team to take control of their client bookings and how intuitive and easy the platform is to use. This has been a game-changer for us in helping to improve our levels of organisation and efficiency.

I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about gther. They have a great support team who are always willing to listen and take on feedback.

The gther platforms are very user friendly and have allowed us to innovate our planning and organisation for our tradeshows with Sync and saving time by allowing our sales team to manage the bookings for the show themselves but also for our conferences we have been able to become more sustainable by reducing the paper showguides and easily implementing an event app for all of our events. The gther support team are also great to work with.

I like that it is easy to see when a room is available and book a meeting to reserve that space for my clients and all the data integrates through to our salesforce. The support team are also very helpful

We had a great experience with gther's event tech platform especially their RSVP registration feature. The set up process with the customer success team was smooth.

The site can be a little over whelming if your new to tech platforms, but the customer success team are on hand to guide you through.

We had a last minute event come up and needed a quick end to end solution for our registration process. Gther helped up set up our landing page and registration form in a matter of days from onboarding and we managed to get our registration up and running within a week, an impressive turn around that saved us a lot of time!

The support me and my team get from gther is second to none! They are always so helpful, helping us to keep ahead of the curve and always going the extra mile, they have truely integrated as one of our team. The platform is designed very well, it is very easy and quick to set-up our events and also intiuative for our team to use to book in their meetings. The lead capture feature is also very useful for our team to collect their leads at exhibitions we attend.

There are lots of feature options which can alllow us to fully customise every event to our needs, which can initially be a hard to remember which ones we use, but the gther team are super supportive and always on hand for a quick refresher session, when we dont have time to go through the how-to guides - they are only ever a teams call away! That said, now we have mastered it, and the customisations allow for us to have the platform we need to enhance our productivity and efficiency.

**What problems is gther solving and how is that benefiting you?**

gther's platform allows us to get insight into the meetings our teams have at shows, which are usually cumbersomely managed in Excel - we now have a great looking platform which also helps us easily identify upcoming meetings and makes our welcome desk on the stand look more professional as we check in our guests. The reports we get out of the platform give us really easy access to data when we need it to help us demonstrate ROI at our events.

We recently connected with gther and used their Sync meeting management platform which facilitated smooth check in for our guests & delegates at our event. It allowed us to handle invitations directly along with meeting bookings while still having a professional experience. The team where on hand to support from onboarding right up to the day of the event when needed which was helpful.

currently for the platform we use with gther we have nothing we dislike.

For our first event we had quite a quick turn around of CRM data and email communication that needed to be set up & sent to delegates. gther supported with this set through our onboarding and lighten our work load significantly.

We used gther's Sync platform to manage our client's meetings at an exhibition last year, it was very easy to use and only took 30 minutes with the gther team to go through the onboarding and get set-up for the event. Their team were great at working with our client to make sure the platform was set-up to suit their needs and get the reporting after the event.

The UI is clean, modern and easy to navigate even for first time users. Scheduling and managing meetings is super easy and the integration time was less than a day which saved so much time and reduced friction.

The team is unparalleled. They are always available to assist with administrative tasks and data entry, and they actually respond when we call! They are always so friendly and helpful. The applications are well-designed and easy to learn. They save us time and provide us with excellent data.

The apps sometimes feel too isolated. It's both an advantage and a disadvantage, as it's beneficial to use only the necessary tools for a specific occasion.

We use the tools to speed up the work of setting up events. We can easily manage bookings, and all the sales people are finally using one app when they attend events. The event and community app feels like ours, and we love the gamification.

**What do you like best about gther?**

The SYNC meeting solution is really easy to setup and use. Our Sales team who are normally a challenge to onboard with any new process really found this tool useful. They all had the SYNC App on their phones and loved receiving alerts for new meeting requests and seeing when their clients arrived.

We found their team to be very hands on and supportive with our customer needs.
The VX platform us easy to use and makes the implementation of our clients hybrid event programmes so much easier. 
We have used VX for some years now, progressing from pure virtual events such as product launches, sales kick-offs, conferencing, live-streams, townhouses to hybrid events that coincide with a brand's global show program. There are many features that allow for easy intergration with other software commonly used at our client's events. 
With sustainbility a growing consideration for the brand experience industry, I think its great there is such an intuitive piece of software out there to help extend the physical experience into the digital.

There are quite a lot of features and not all brands need them all. That being said, their customer success team are great at getting to the features our clients need best.

gther solves the problem of finding a virtual events platform that actually works. It is not a glorified live stream system and it does not seek to just replicate Teams or Zoom. VX is a proper virtual events platform designed with a brand end-user in mind.

What our clients love is that we can completely rebrand gther VX to look like their own space. gther VX is not covered with its own platform branding but is a bank canvas that can be redesigned over and over to meet brand guidelines, hone an event focus and showcase the right content to drive engagement.

gther VX feels very community focused and the hybrid events run on the platform have real success in extending attendance, gathering data and ROI through engagement and has proven real value for attendees.

The VX platform gives allows us to provide a fully branded experience, for the attendees who are not able to join us on-site and the mobile app supports our in-person attendees and greatly enhances the overall event experience. With the app we have seen great increase in engagement at our events! **What do you like best about gther?**

Gther are there to listen and implement our asks, as big or tiny they can be as they want to improve their product for all of their clients.
The app and platform are easy to navigate when you do not know it, we had really good feedback from our members using it during our last meeting as a fully in-person event. In the past, we have used it for hybrid and fully online events and each time it's getting better. The frequency of use was twice a year before but now we were able to increase it by providing a yearly platform for members outside of events, bringing together our community. 
The app and platform features essential and more fun aspects which makes the experience more engaging for users. Going from the the essential tools such agenda and list of participants to microverse and leadership board to get people to engage with the content.
The integration with our CRM (Salesforce) is essential and was implemented quickly.
Finally, the customer support is great, as pre-event they have provided us access to the backend so we can split the work and during the event, having a dedicated person there to help our participants was a big plus.

**What do you dislike about gther?**

There isn't much to write in the dislikes of the app, maybe as a feedback for the customer support, if it would be possible to have an automatic system for forgotten passwords so it is done instantantly. And I know it is in the works, but to integrate the media library to the app directly instead of being redirected to the platform, so it is really a reflection from one side to the other, same for the microverse feature.

**What do you like best about gther?**

I am a head of department for a successful global event agency. When the pandemic hit we, like the rest of the event and experiential marketing industry, switched to virtual and hybrid events. As a result, we have used a variety of the event tech solutions on the market.

Then the agency partnered with gther. What a change.

I am by no means a tech wizard but I do understand what makes a good event. gther meets my requirements on both levels. I find the software intuitive and easy to understand. Any questions I had, I was able to get through to gther’s very responsive client success team. Its refreshing to work with a digital software company that understands commerciality and make an effort to solve our business problems with their insights.

Our working relationship with gther certainly feels more like a partnership than the one-sided ‘subscription’ relationship we have had with other event platforms. They communicate their new solutions and updates with end use in mind and as a result we have used most of gther’s tools.

**What do you dislike about gther?**

There are little downsides on the software that I have experienced. I know others have mentioned glitches but we find it very robust and has not fallen over on us once. From a business POV, it is surprising that some clients have yet to hear of gther and we have to introduce them as the next gen of event platforms. I guess with time they will become more household name as they deserve to be.

We have used Sync to manage meetings, resources and logistics for a range of Fortune 500 companies and across their global show programmes. We have also used RSVP for its registration, ticketing and payment tools and found it excellent for evening gala events and screenings like London Screenings.

The Infinity app, the secure video streaming, has been invaluable for our media clients, and the way the tools integrate for different event formats has been revolutionary. 

For our hybrid conferences, we use the VX platform, a virtual event tool. What’s so impressive about VX is the ease with which you can customize elements and use the integration options to build a bespoke immersive experience, which any event professional will tell you, is actually hard to do online. VX really is next gen, and we have won awards for best hybrid events using the technology.

Lastly, the analytics dashboards are useful and a great guide for our brand clients when they need accessible data and ROI proof. In general we are recommending to all our clients to include gther’s tools when building their event plans and KPI’s for FY24 and beyond.

We used Gther for the first time at our most recent exhibition and I felt that it proved to be immensely beneficial for organising both on-stand and off-stand meetings. Navigating the software was intuitive, making it easy for our team to schedule meetings and demos. The post-show reporting capabilities were impressive, allowing us to effectively track our show statistics. 
 
Our dedicated account manager was exceptionally supportive and promptly addressed any issues or queries we had. We had evaluated several alternatives, but this software aligns perfectly with our needs. From start to finish, the service provided was outstanding. I can confidently say that this software will be my top choice for future events.

One area for improvement would be the ability to capture impromptu meetings with individuals who passed by and showed interest.
