The feature i like most is the "Click to Index", which is unique to GScan software. **What do you dislike about GScan?** specially the GScan Desktop, the only disliking thing is : Whenever it opens on the workstation it started to load the OCR engine which consume the a lot of CPU and memory **Recommendations to others considering GScan:** Very good software when you need to scan the unstructured documents **What problems is GScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having alot of vendors' and suppliers' invoices and those are in unstructured format and it was very difficult to scan and extract the required information and GScan dynamic helped us to scan those documents in an intelligent way. ### 2. Also, it has features that allow barcode recognition and separation of documents automatically. It can also recognize a lot of data in the document that helps with processing invoices, forms and document archiving. **What do you dislike about GScan?** There's nothing that I dislike about it. However, it comes with a slight learning curve that might take some time to master.But overall, it is fairly simple to use with not a lot of down feaures. **Recommendations to others considering GScan:** I think this will be very helpful for anyone who needs help with better document organization and streamlining. It will also help with invoice and form processing for companies that have a need for it— overall recommended for sure. **What problems is GScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using this to help with invoice processing, document archiving, processing forms. It does barcode recognition as well, which is super helpful for me. It is fairly simple to use. ### 3.
