I have used gruveo frequently lately as I frequently need to share screens with my students to talk and explain in more detail about the classes and workshops Gruveo is making this process much easier for us since my students can understand the classes easier, something that I like completely from Gruveo is that it totally eliminates the annoyance of all users having downloaded software, which greatly facilitates the meeting since many do not have state-of-the-art equipment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had only one recurring problem that we would like them to solve is that when the call starts the camera and microphone of the other person starts off and if the person does not realize it it will continue like that then I must ask them to turn on their cameras and this can delay us a bit which is annoying for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exactly what I need - This is great for doing calls with users. Just send them the link and they can start chatting. No need for them to install software, download files or anything like that which could confuse them. Just one click and that’s it!

Excellent call quality - Even with several users on a call, the image and sound quality is superb.

Easy to record - With just a click you can save your calls. This is very good for making training video as well as keeping a record of conversations.

Can’t think of any cons. I only wanted a simple way to chat with users and this does all what I need. However, I wish they didn’t take credit card details for the initial trial. Even though I ended up becoming a paying customer, I don’t like it when companies take details for trials. In my book, it’s a bit seedy when companies do that. With Gruveo, I can connect with clients quickly and easily. They just click a link and are placed into a call with me automatically, without the hassle of installing a piece of software or registering for an account.
