I really like that Gruveo allows me to run calls directly in Chrome or Safari without needing to download any software. It's really easy for a beginner to use and didn't take much getting used to. I love that no account setup is needed like Teams, which makes it so convenient. The screen sharing and call recording features are also great, although the recording requires the paid version. Overall, it is very user-friendly, straightforward to set up, and affordable compared to Teams.
