Powerful Time-Saving Tool for Effortless Excel Integration **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025 **What do you like best about Grunt.pro?** This tool is extremely useful and has significantly helped me save a lot of time when working on PowerPoint presentations. It simplifies the process and makes creating structured tables and layouts much faster and more efficient. **What do you dislike about Grunt.pro?** That said, I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. First, the tool currently does not support Arabic language or right-to-left (RTL) formatting. Adding RTL and Arabic support would greatly expand its usability for many users. Second, when a file created using the tool is shared with someone who does not have the tool installed, the tables appear as images and cannot be edited. It would be very helpful if, at minimum, the content could remain as editable tables rather than static images. Overall, it is a powerful and time-saving tool, and with these enhancements, it could become even better. **What problems is Grunt.pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 2. game-changing **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** daniel h. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2024 **What do you like best about Grunt.pro?** Thanks to Grunt, making powerpoint presentations is incredibly faster, easier and less prone to mistakes. They provide a plethora of tools and templates and all of them are truly useful. Moreover, Grunt's team is very helpful and responds promptly in case of any issue. It is also very easy to contract and install. **What do you dislike about Grunt.pro?** Some people in my division find the rule system for graphs and visual grids difficult to grasp. On the other hand, they rarely use the tool and I can't say there is a better design that could replace the rules. **What problems is Grunt.pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Grunt enables me to link graphs, numbers and tables to the excel. this is extremely important in my division since we have to start buidling presentations with interim figures and thus have to update the numbers a few times. Because of that, we do not have to spend a lot of time reviewing all the numbers, which then allow us to focus on the thesis of the slides. Furthermore, updating tables, looking for icons and logos is way easier.
