Unreliable platform. There are pig performance issues, pages are not load up for influencers and merchants. We've been seen data outage for many times, influencer referrals wasn't recorded. Development team is not working good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowthHero?

You can do A Lot with this program. They are continually updating to improve. The interface looks nice and is mostly easy to navigate but remembering how to get around and do what you need has been time-consuming, especially with the constant changes.

Karolina spent a lot of time helping us work through an issue that was not connecting properly. Because of the email only back and forth, it took a lot of time to iron everything out but she stuck with us until a solution was provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowthHero?

Not easy to use for a beginner or even someone with general skills trying to get over the learning curve.

What problems is GrowthHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are hoping to use the system mainly for partner management and a bit of affiliate marketing. The way the tree builds out as far as who is actually level 1 and so on down the line is a bit confusing but we are making it work. It is very helpful to see a tree of who is connected where but the layout tree is still a little confusing. It is not overtly apparent who is with who. "Worst software ever, has terrible integrations and can't do anything we wanted."

What do you like best about GrowthHero?

nothing, its trash. Can't integrate with anything and they refused to give me a refund. what a joke. worst customer service ever. The software did absolutely nothing for us we didnt even start our campaign and they charged us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike everything, its trash. They refused to give a refund that they should have because of how much time and money we wasted. But the strong armed me and wouldnt give me refund when it was a complete failure and didnt even work with our site. We didnt even start it and they still charged us. what a joke. What do you like best about GrowthHero?

Enables affiliate partnerships. Very easy to set up the partnerships and create unique accounts as needed. Karolina is an amazing help for a techno-dummy like me. Response times are amazing, always within a couple of hours. None of the automated messaging and run-around that so many help centres use. GrowthHero has real people helping real people. What do you dislike about GrowthHero?

What do you like best about GrowthHero?

Growth Hero is a reasonable yet excellent solution to scale your affiliate or ambassador programs. We've been using them for under a year and have been able to scale our affiliates from 10 to 500 in 6 months. "Don't pay more for less, this is the tool you need"

What do you like best about GrowthHero?

I am SO happy I found Growth Hero. I needed a simple but powerful tool to track my affiliates, ambassadors, etc in Shopify. Originally, I tried using Refersion since I have a subscription cart that doesn't sync with Growth Hero. But, it was so much more money for less functionality and that was so frustrating. If you don't have a subscription side (or are using Shopify's new in-cart subscription) then Growth Hero is all you will ever need and comes with the flexiblity to run multiple types of programs (affiliate commissions by group, ambassador coupon codes, even MLM-like functions and tiered rewards) and offers a nice interface for your partners to use. I especially liked that I could customize the sign-up forms so much. Obviously, to match my brand, but beyond that with helpful text in all the right places. Best of all, they don't take a freaking % of your sales just for being a part of your tracking tech. Love this tool!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowthHero?

I SO wished they had a proper tracking pixel available. I would have been able to get my subscription transactions to record via Google Tag Manager if they just had a tracking pixel that I could set to fire in my external cart. Because of that I had to manually track some transactions. But, now that the subscription tools are moving in-cart that shouldn't be a probelm for others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GrowthHero:

If you are wondering if it's too good to be true that it could be a good tool because it's so much less expensive than other tools DON'T WORRY. It's even better than them! Go for it : ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This app is simply THE BEST CHOICE for affiliate marketing. It has TONS of great features (affiliate hunt being my favorite) and Karolina from support is quick to respond and help with the setup.
