Very responsive customer service. **What do you dislike about GrowthHero?** Unreliable platform. There are pig performance issues, pages are not load up for influencers and merchants. We've been seen data outage for many times, influencer referrals wasn't recorded. They are continually updating to improve. The interface looks nice and is mostly easy to navigate but remembering how to get around and do what you need has been time-consuming, especially with the constant changes. Karolina spent a lot of time helping us work through an issue that was not connecting properly. Because of the email only back and forth, it took a lot of time to iron everything out but she stuck with us until a solution was provided. **What do you dislike about GrowthHero?** Not easy to use for a beginner or even someone with general skills trying to get over the learning curve. Customer service is email Only and can take time. **What problems is GrowthHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are hoping to use the system mainly for partner management and a bit of affiliate marketing. The way the tree builds out as far as who is actually level 1 and so on down the line is a bit confusing but we are making it work. It is very helpful to see a tree of who is connected where but the layout tree is still a little confusing. It is not overtly apparent who is with who. You really have to look closely and click through to be sure you understand what you are looking at. ### 3. Can't integrate with anything and they refused to give me a refund. what a joke. worst customer service ever. The software did absolutely nothing for us we didnt even start our campaign and they charged us. **What do you dislike about GrowthHero?** I dislike everything, its trash. They refused to give a refund that they should have because of how much time and money we wasted. But the strong armed me and wouldnt give me refund when it was a complete failure and didnt even work with our site. Very easy to set up the partnerships and create unique accounts as needed. Karolina is an amazing help for a techno-dummy like me. Response times are amazing, always within a couple of hours. None of the automated messaging and run-around that so many help centres use. GrowthHero has real people helping real people. How refreshing! And very much appreciated! **What do you dislike about GrowthHero?** The overview for calculating affiliate commissions is not great. We screen shot the orders and create a new file for our affiliate, which does not look very professional. **What problems is GrowthHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. More market exposure through a website with much higher traffic than our site. 2. Since our marketing budget is effectively zero, GH enables us to offer a commission to our affiliate partner(s). We've been using them for under a year and have been able to scale our affiliates from 10 to 500 in 6 months. They also introduce new features to improve the experience regularly, and the customer service is absolutely on point! **What do you dislike about GrowthHero?** I wish they had a messaging service to reach out to ambassadors directly and have a conversation within the platform. However, it does integrate with Klaviyo to tackle that problem. **What problems is GrowthHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us drive revenue through some of our most loyal customers who have become active ambassadors. So it's easier to track their performance and activate them during our essential promotions. ### 6. I needed a simple but powerful tool to track my affiliates, ambassadors, etc in Shopify. Originally, I tried using Refersion since I have a subscription cart that doesn't sync with Growth Hero. But, it was so much more money for less functionality and that was so frustrating. If you don't have a subscription side (or are using Shopify's new in-cart subscription) then Growth Hero is all you will ever need and comes with the flexiblity to run multiple types of programs (affiliate commissions by group, ambassador coupon codes, even MLM-like functions and tiered rewards) and offers a nice interface for your partners to use. I especially liked that I could customize the sign-up forms so much. Obviously, to match my brand, but beyond that with helpful text in all the right places. Best of all, they don't take a freaking % of your sales just for being a part of your tracking tech. Love this tool!!! **What do you dislike about GrowthHero?** I SO wished they had a proper tracking pixel available. I would have been able to get my subscription transactions to record via Google Tag Manager if they just had a tracking pixel that I could set to fire in my external cart. Because of that I had to manually track some transactions. But, now that the subscription tools are moving in-cart that shouldn't be a probelm for others. **Recommendations to others considering GrowthHero:** If you are wondering if it's too good to be true that it could be a good tool because it's so much less expensive than other tools DON'T WORRY. It's even better than them! Go for it : ) **What problems is GrowthHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's so frustrating to have to give up a % of my sales to tracking tech or to pay hundreds for the app. I'm so grateful that GrowthHero made a beautiful tool that is also powerful and still fairly priced. Onboarding and setup was so easy and quick, we've managed to launch our affiliate program during the free trial **What do you dislike about GrowthHero?** I wish there were more payout integration options. At the moment, it's only PayPal and "store credit", and some custom API payouts options (only available to premium plans) but they could add more widely used apps, such as Venmo or CashApp. **What problems is GrowthHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** GrowthHero allows interested affiliates to easily sign up to my program automatically.
