Honestly nothing comes to mind, but with their experience, it would be helpful to continue to hear success stories on how other organizations successfully implemented new Customer Success platforms

**What problems is Growth Molecules, Customer Success solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When integrating a Customer Success platform, there are two major initiatives happening in parallel - the technical integration of upstream source systems as well as thinking through day-to-day interactions with the new platform and what this now unlocks. Growth Molecules helped us with both. With their technical expertise and deep knowledge of the Planhat platform, we were able to integrate all of our major source systems (CRM, usage stats, email, JIRA, etc) so that starting on day 1 for end users, all of this data was included and logically organized. In terms of forward-thinking use cases, Growth Molecules helped us think through customer health scoring, dashboard creation, workflows, and other best practices so we weren't starting from scratch. It was a huge help in making adoption a big success from day 1

Growth Molecules provided a tremendous level of on-the-ground help, with Virginia willing to dive deep into our operations, communication, and client segmentation. Her effort to understand our processes and the customer journey was invaluable. It allowed us to rethink our onboarding and success strategies and set actionable goals for change. The opportunity to have working sessions to brainstorm and plan was a huge benefit. Additionally, Virginia's ability to build in-depth dashboards within our CS platform greatly improved our data cleanliness and visualization of client health. Her thorough step-by-step process planning, along with suggested message templates, significantly supported our transition from a manual to a digital customer success approach.

**What do you dislike about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?**

I think diving into our company's step-by-step processes for customer outreach a bit sooner in our discovery work together would have meant we could start to implement change earlier and then evaluate the results together. With that said, it was important for GM to gain a foundational understanding of our company approach first, so I don't regret spending time on that.

There were several service partners available for the type of operational support we were seeking, but Growth Molecules stood out immediately. Sabina Pons, CEO/CCO responded to our outreach quickly, provided clear and well-defined service offerings, and made the contracting process seamless and straightforward. She also stayed engaged throughout the entirety of our partnership and made us feel as important as their largest client, despite a relatively small engagement. 

We were paired with Caitlin Ankney as our fractional Gainsight administrator, and she exceeded expectations from day one. Caitlin’s depth of expertise was evident immediately and onboarding her into our instance was fast and completely painless. We had several broken integrations that required urgent attention, and Caitlin knew exactly how to diagnose and resolve the issues. With thoughtful problem-solving and efficiency, everything was fully operational again within two business days.

This turnaround was critical to our ongoing operations. Growth Molecules’ partnership enabled us to maintain our customer-facing workflows, protect the integrity of our data, and ultimately preserve a strong customer experience. We were extremely grateful for their responsiveness, professionalism, and expertise, and would highly recommend them to any team in need of reliable, high-impact operational support.

Growth Molecules is a fantastic choice for fractional CSP administration support. While we didn't use any of the other services offered, I would absolutely engage with Growth Molecules for any of their other services based on what I observed from Sabina and her team during our engagement. I've witnessed Sabina in professional forums sharing her experience in Strategic & Business Process Design and Customer Journey workshops and have had the opportunity to meet some of the other consultants and experts on her team. If you need support for your Customer Success strategy in any form, you would be in great hands with Growth Molecules.

The workshops and playbooks gave our team a clearer direction. Before this we were handling customer onboarding and renewals in a very scattered way. The training broke things down into steps that we could actually follow and apply. The best part is that the examples felt close to real situations rather than theory.

Sometimes the sessions moved faster than expected and we had to circle back with questions. A bit more time for deeper discussion would have been helpful.

The thing I like most is that it’s very practical. The frameworks and playbooks are easy to apply, and they help my team handle customer situations more confidently. The training sessions are also engaging and full of real-life examples, not just theory.

At times, the platform feels a bit too rigid, especially if you want to tweak things for your own style. The interface could also be a little more polished, as some parts aren’t very intuitive when using it for the first time.

I like that they don’t just give generic training but work closely with our team to build tailored playbooks and workflows that fit how we work. The sessions are interactive and practical so it’s easy to apply what we learn right away. Their advice on segmentation and journey mapping also helped us identify which accounts needed more attention.

Growth Molecules brings experience.  I know that they work with professionals in my industry all the time. I feel confident that if I have a question or problem to solve they have the experience to help me see it in a new light and guide me toward a solution.  The I work with primarily, James Scott, excels at quickly understanding a situation or issue and adding collaborative value early on.  He is patient and able to work with people at all levels of an organization.  He is extremely well known and respected in Customer Success circles, and that gives me confidence when I work with him.

My favorite topic within our Growth Molecules training was the PRESENT method, which is so versatile and can be applied internally or externally. It allowed me to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses when it comes to my role on our Enterprise CS team. It also helped me unlock the necessary skills and knowledge to embody my current role and continue to evolve as a professional.

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind! This is super minor, but maybe more short breaks throughout the training. Overall, no big dislikes to call out here.

The professionalism and the structure of the course drove participants to action. Annie, the instructor, was so engaging. I loved that my team got home from the off-site and still reference their notes and take home booklet while preparing for customer calls! It means that the frameworks have stuck with them!

What is best about Growth Molecules is the people you get to interact with. Sabina, Annie and James are truly pasionate and love what they do and it shows in every interaction and you cant help but leave energized after every discussion and feel inspired. I personally loved our group training sessions with Annie were the entire CS team was encouraged and welcomed to chime in and add in their expertiece and learn from one another while hearing industry best pracrices and expert feedback from Annie. You can tell they have put a lot of time and effort into fine toning their training and customize it to your organizations needs/gaps. 

Among the ways I could describe how great GM is, I'd like to highlith their problem solving skills. They're a open minded and knowledgable group of people and their "Yes" mindset to customize and hear our needs and mold into their trainings was exactly what we needed. Their optimisium to our challanges and problem solving attitude has set us up for long term success as a team and client facing efforts.

Growth Molecules was a phenomenal way to get our entire team on the same page and speaking the same language around customer success retention, expansion, and growth. If you are a good CSM you will be doing some of this, but probably not all of the strategies and tactics included in the training. Help break the stale QBR rut your teams get in and think about how to effectively work with the customers to hit their goals, AND yours.

We hired Growth Molecules at Amplitude to reinvent and up-level our Success Planning motion, notably for the top end of the Enterprise Segment where business value alignment is critical. The GM team partnered with our internal CSM team to review current state (artifacts and methodology) and map out desired future state. They combined their own best practice approach with Amplitude specific requirements to design a much more rigorous and thoughtful Success Planning motion. The pre-discovery piece of this new approach leaned heavily on proven sales methodologies to do up-front account research, assess risks and opportunities and identify potential areas for growth with the customer. The customer-facing piece focused on a concise list of recommendations (or outcomes) tied to measurable metrics for joint success. The GM team also partnered with enablement to train the CSM teams on the new model including practical application.

The GM team has a great process for designing the build of Gainsight; they kept us updated along the way and conducted weekly 'pulse check' calls to make sure we stayed on schedule with our implementation. There were many instances of the team going above and beyond for us during the design phase and the implementation phase. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism, the level of expertise, and the level of communication the team possesses.

Collaboration was key throughout the entire process, and Growth Molecules was always receptive to our suggestions, questions, and concerns. They are great partners who take the time to understand your needs and deliver tailored solutions that yield results.

The Client Success foundation sessions were manageable for our team to take on in addition to their current workload and the information provided was easy to digest and implement in their day-to-day activities. It was a great recap of Client Success basics that helped our team improve thier skills. Shannon, our instructor, was particularly outstanding! Her teaching style was engaging and informative, making the learning experience enjoyable.

Overall, Growth Molecules has been a great partner to us and our employee learning and development initiatives. Their collaborative approach, personalized content, and excellent instructors make them a standout partner in this space.

Trying to attend live classes was difficult, it was also hard to connect everything to current work but I do not feel as though that was Growth Molecule's issue.

The different acronyms were so helpful in deciding how to approach conversations with clients. I also implemented ending meetings 5 minutes earlier in order to better be ready for my next calls.
