Growth Molecules provided a tremendous level of on-the-ground help, with Virginia willing to dive deep into our operations, communication, and client segmentation. Her effort to understand our processes and the customer journey was invaluable. It allowed us to rethink our onboarding and success strategies and set actionable goals for change. The opportunity to have working sessions to brainstorm and plan was a huge benefit. Additionally, Virginia's ability to build in-depth dashboards within our CS platform greatly improved our data cleanliness and visualization of client health. Her thorough step-by-step process planning, along with suggested message templates, significantly supported our transition from a manual to a digital customer success approach. I think diving into our company's step-by-step processes for customer outreach a bit sooner in our discovery work together would have meant we could start to implement change earlier and then evaluate the results together.
