I can have chats inside every lesson and that's really helpful to make it interactive. The product is definitely worth the price and it delivers exactly what they are promoting. A few custom features and it would be even better. **What do you dislike about GroupApp?** From a retaining perspective for my clients, I think it would be helpful to introduce some kind of rewards system to incentivize their stay. That is something which does not exist as of now but can be helpful. Also, livestream still runs on zoom which is fine by me since we already pay for Zoom services. **What problems is GroupApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** First of all, the chat feature inside every lesson. No need to move from the course page to the community page every time someone has a question. ### 2. Mainly like there's a single login for community or courses, and even events. Also, what I earn stays mine 100%. There are several other things worth noting as well: - Team subscriptions turning into steady income - People actually sticking around instead of ghosting - The learning space doesn't start feeling like a noisy space - I can set it all up my myself, without any technical help or developer required **What do you dislike about GroupApp?** A few important things are only included in pricier tiers. Also, native integrations are still a very short list. **What problems is GroupApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before GroupApp, I had separate subscriptions for course tool, community, email software, and payment tools. So our members had to move between four logins to do one thing, and half of them eventually dropped out. GroupApp brought everything into one place, so a member goes from a lesson to the discussion to the next call without ever switching tabs. We also loved seeing who's moving and who's stuck. We can tell who hasn't logged in this week and reach out before they quietly cancel, instead of finding out at renewal. The 0% fees are also great because we get to keep what we charge instead of watching a cut disappear every sale. And group subscriptions mean income doesn't reset to zero the day a launch ends. It's been 100% worth it. ### 3. Everything lived in a different tool, so people had to hop between four logins to watch a lesson, ask a question, and join a call. Most folks won’t do that, and we lost them. With GroupApp, the discussion sits right under each lesson, so the conversation happens where the learning happens. Engagement climbed once people stopped getting lost between tabs. I also like that I can see who went quiet. When someone hasn’t logged in for a bit, I send a quick note before they drift off for good. Before, I had no idea until a cancellation showed up. Keeping all of our revenue instead of losing a slice per sale is a nice bonus, and the team subscriptions smooth out the income so it doesn’t crater after a launch.
