Grit Board Reviews & Product Details

Most sales leaderboards only motivate the reps already at the top. Grit Board is built on a different premise: a season of overlapping games gives every rep — grinders, closers, and the middle of the pack — something to win. Setup takes minutes, not a consultant engagement. Import the CSV your team already keeps, or connect HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive with OAuth — Grit Board reads activity (dials, conversations, meetings, deals, pipeline) on a 6-hour cycle and never writes to your CRM. From that one stream it runs multiple games at once: The Quadrant (effort × attainment), Boss Fight (co-op raids on a team number), The Gauntlet (elimination rounds), Bounty Board, Props (peer recognition), Rivals, The Climb, The League, and The Pace Car. Wins mint Grit Coin, which reps spend in a reward store their manager stocks. Milestones post to Slack, and TV mode runs the season on the floor screen. Pricing is flat by team size — never per-seat.
