We were struggling to manage operations in Madagascar, one of the most underdeveloped regions. Grid helped us build data collection sheets to be able to collect real time information in a very simple way, mostly a single click - something that could be adopted by all workers across all departments like mining, processing, inventory and procurement, maintainence etc. It also offers data collection offline which is most useful in such remote locations The best use of Grid is that it gives an analysis of the data as parameters you want to assess in the form of numbers graphs tables etc over different periods of time.
