Keystone Pricing Overview

Core Module

Includes the Keystone PIM platform with tiered storage options to support different catalog sizes, including capacities up to 10 GB, 100 GB, and 200 GB. Storage tiers allow organizations to scale product data as their needs grow while maintaining a consistent subscription structure.

ERP Modules

Extends Keystone PIM by connecting product data to supported ERP systems. Modules are available for Prophet 21, Prophet 21 Cloud, SX.enterprise, and CloudSuite Distribution, with additional ERP platforms supported as they become available.

External Modules

Extends Keystone PIM by enabling product data to be prepared and shared with supported external platforms, including eCommerce sites and marketplaces. These modules allow product content to be managed centrally while supporting the distinct requirements of each channel.

Keystone PIM uses a modular, subscription-based pricing model designed for distributors and manufacturers with complex ERP and external channel requirements. Unlike bundled or tier-locked PIM platforms, Keystone allows customers to pay only for the core platform, storage capacity, and integrations they actually need.

Pricing is structured around three components: a required Core Keystone module, optional ERP integration modules, and optional external channel modules. This approach provides cost transparency and prevents pricing penalties as organizations expand into new ERPs, eCommerce platforms, or marketplaces. Integrations can be added incrementally, allowing Keystone to scale alongside business growth rather than forcing costly platform upgrades.

Keystone is licensed on a month-to-month basis, providing flexibility while maintaining predictable costs. Because the platform is built on an open, extensible foundation, customers avoid the long-term lock-in and escalating license tiers commonly associated with proprietary PIM solutions.
