I also think that the user interface in Green Orbit is fairly easy to understand and work in on the back end of the website. **What do you dislike about GreenOrbit?** The biggest concern with Green Orbit is the pricing which recently increased significantly. While the product was good for the price before, the cost now outweighs the benefits for our team. With the small glitches that occasionally come up, I don't want to pay a premium price. **What problems is GreenOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do use Green Orbit to engage with staff in a variety of ways through our intranet. The blog feature is great to share company news and we can easily customize the other web content to host and share information. ### 2. I also really like the front end editor. **What do you dislike about GreenOrbit?** Support can be a little difficult sometimes as they are in another country, so you have to either be available NOW or plan ahead... **What problems is GreenOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our company, we went from a VERY basic and dated Intranet provider to Green Orbit's older version called IntranetDashboard. Our original system was not very secure, and it was a pain to build new pages. With ID we were able to modernize our intranet, and now with GreenOrbit we can do even more. One of the best benefits we discovered was tracking what is actually being used in our Intranet to know where we should focus and where we are doing well. ### 3. If you need support, you can forget about it. We purchased time, then were informed it had expired. If we do get a response it's a link to an outdated article that the process has changed. **What problems is GreenOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to get information to our employees, provide a central location for our brochures, flyers and updated news. ### 4. I suggest revisiting that product. **What problems is GreenOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communicating with employees and enabling important information to be shared easily. ### 5. It is a very clean look. The support staff is quick to respond and easy to work with. **What do you dislike about GreenOrbit?** You can only use the company's communication tools and the backend has yet to be updated/refreshed. **What problems is GreenOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** GreenOrbit has helped improve our company's communication with our employees. It will take work to make a dynamic site. **What problems is GreenOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Greenorbit helps us relay and probive important information and policies to our staff. Great for access from anywhere when in lockdown. ### 8.
