The customer service is excellent, and they always answer quickly. They will work with you to develop what you require if I need something that the programme does not already provide. We appreciate the system's flexibility to manage funding for numerous grants simultaneously. We can manage data, keep track of spending in real-time, upload pertinent papers, and generate reports thanks to it. **What do you dislike about Grant Manager?** Sometimes it can be challenging to access a system without technical assistance. **What problems is Grant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** In terms of our accounting needs, it was the greatest option. Sometimes it can get a little stuck but that's it. **What problems is Grant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're finally able to go after more grants without losing track and better able to make sure we're meeting those grant requirements. ### 5.
