**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I really like the Chrome browser integration with Grammarly. When I'm writing something, it underlines my errors and fixes them immediately on the same page, so I don't have to copy and paste text individually. It resolves my issues right there without any extra steps. Grammarly is way better compared to other tools like Quilbot. Setting up Grammarly was simple; I just downloaded its extension and logged in through my Google account.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Honestly speaking, I don't think there is anything that needs to be improved for Grammarly. Just cut the price a bit. There is a slight delay while suggesting corrections.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly to formalize and summarize emails quickly for my clients, providing clarity. Its Chrome integration catches and fixes errors instantly, eliminating the need to copy and paste text.

It catches all my mistakes. I love feeling confident that I won't send obvious errors in my emails to people.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I’m not sure whether this is a Grammarly issue or something with the software I’m using, but I log into an app for project management. When I open the app, it pulls up the project “card” in a modal, and Grammarly doesn’t seem to recognize when I’m scrolling. Because of that, it ends up showing underlines and other markings in the wrong places.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in customer success, and I'm emailing customers every day. It's ensuring that the emails I send don't contain simple errors, and often helps me catch where I'm not clear in what I'm saying.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I really like Grammarly's live suggestion feature while I'm writing content. It helps me correct mistakes by telling me what's wrong and what's right. I use the Grammarly plugin on my Chrome extensions, and I love how it responds as I type, making tasks easier and improving the overall quality of my content. Grammarly's integration with the Chrome browser is seamless and works better than any other grammar correction software or plugin I've tried.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

One thing that I don't like much is that sometimes my sentence is not even completed and Grammarly starts giving me suggestions. This irritates me because I have to click on the notification or pop-up every time. I don't need the suggestions right now since I'm just writing the sentences, and it's not even completed yet.

I use Grammarly to check grammar, spelling, and the quality of my content, as I'm not so good with grammar.

I love Grammarly, and I use it professionally and personally. I like that it gives me ideas and corrects all grammar mistakes. It gives me diverse options, and I almost think it is learning my writing style. The advanced options, like paraphraser and reader reactions, are great. My favorite is the AI detector. I like that percentages are used to rate my work, either positively or negatively. I like the new feature where little icions ar ematched ot my work, and it names the work automatically.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I hate that I can no longer paste from an Adobe program straight into Grammarly. It shows up as an image. I used to be able to paste text into Grammarly. It makes my life so much harder, and it's frustrating.

I can check spelling, grammar, tone, and composition. I can even format references and use a writing assistant when I have writer's block. And it works just about everywhere. There is very little excuse not to put out clean work.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The icon still gets in the way sometimes, but it's really the only fault I can find...

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly has made emails so much better. More concise and easier to understand. And I really appreciate knowing what tone might be coming across to the person on the receiving end.
Also, being able to save the definitions of words and acronyms that are used throughout documents company-wide has been a very valuable new addition.

I like that Grammarly can be integrated with any software so easily. I use it for MS Word, my browser, and any desktop apps. It's quite easy to set up because I can integrate it with other software or applications, which I give five stars for.

I think the cost would be very expensive if I go for a subscription or need a premium version. As of now, I'm using the free version, which is quite basic. Also, sometimes the AI misunderstands industry-specific creative writing, leading to poor suggestions.

Grammarly sometimes flags issues that aren't issues. I think it'd be helpful if you could add vernacular from your specific niche that applies to your entire team, instead of each team member having to enter it individually. I would also like it to integrate with my iPhone so I can use the native keyboard on my phone and not the grammarly keyboard.

It also helps with clarity by shortening my wordiness when I am digging into specifics, and it interjects adjectives and adverbs to maintain clarity. I enjoy the exploration into the rest of the tools available, which adds another layer to my documents and projects throughout my development cycle. The Citation finder and reader reactions are great additions. The initial setup was pretty easy to understand.

Sometimes, I have small issues with suggestions, knowing where they will be placed in the document and where the correction is referring to specifically in the document.

Some users might like them, but I've found that the changes beyond spelling and grammar that the software suggests can really change the meaning of what it is you're trying to say, and seldom for the better. Often, if you implement the AI suggestions, it will neuter what you're attempting to write and remove the human quality from it.

The tone detector is genuinely useful; it tells me when something I've written reads more formal or passive than I intended, which matters a lot when I'm writing cover letters or case study copy that needs to sound like a real human wrote it. The browser extension is seamless; it works across Gmail, Notion, and LinkedIn without me having to think about it. As someone who writes a lot of UX copy and job application materials, catching awkward phrasing before it goes out saves real embarrassment. The inline suggestions are fast and non-intrusive; I can accept or ignore without breaking my flow.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The suggestions can feel overly conservative with voice, it frequently flags intentional stylistic choices as errors, which gets frustrating when you're writing copy that's meant to sound casual or punchy. It also has a tendency to over-suggest rewrites that smooth out personality in favor of generic "clear" prose. As a designer who cares a lot about copy having a distinct voice, I end up ignoring a significant chunk of its recommendations. The premium pricing feels steep for individual users, especially when a lot of the more useful features (tone detection, full clarity suggestions) are locked behind the paid tier.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of my writing happens under time pressure, cover letters, case study copy, client-facing emails, and the cost of sounding careless is high. Grammarly acts as a quick sanity check before anything goes out. It catches the typos and clunky sentences I miss when I'm too close to the writing, which saves me a round of re-reading. For someone who writes a lot of application materials and UX copy, that second pair of eyes matters. It's not replacing my judgment, but it does reduce the mental load of proofreading so I can focus on whether the content is actually saying the right thing.

I appreciate how Grammarly helped me adjust my copywriting style to sound American for my American clients and European for my European clients. I also love its ability to quickly fix American spellings while maintaining the essence of my original copy. It's fantastic that I can use Grammarly everywhere with just an extension, whether I'm writing emails or landing page copy. It delivers excellent results everywhere, not just on its dashboard. Setting it up was very easy, I would rate it 10/10.

I found everything great but there should be some increment in the free limits. Specifically, making the sentence more meaningful; that limit should be increased.

Grammarly has been a great way to help sound more human. I know that sometimes the sentence's tone can be robotic or AI-like, but I like how it adapts to your tone.

At times, Grammarly suggests changes, but when you try to apply them, they don't appear in certain browsers you use.

Sometimes when I get caught up in my thoughts and cannot clearly put my thoughts out, Grammarly helps clean up my verbiage to make the sentence more direct. Also, when I am going through auditing documents, grammarly help me proofread items I may of bypass by highlighting what I need to look at and change.

I like the fine-grained honing available for my thoughts to craft them ideas for my audiences as appropriate. Understanding the audience and crafting the tone to fit their deficits is important.  Each audience has particular expectations that require careful revisions to help them understand the message correctly.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

My one piece of advice is to keep the branding going. I think Grammarly has a great brand, not so sure about Superhuman.

This helps me correct all of my human foibles when writing. I make mistakes typing and getting my point across, but I can rely on Grammarly to help me sound professional and convincing as needed.

It has great writing improvement. It shows the clarity and efficiency in enhancing communication and catching errors very easily. It’s got a real ease of use as a platform. It’s just allowing for effortless writing and also makes communication with your team members a lot more professional as well the grammar correction feature it helps improve speed and accuracy as well so the grammar in how you’re writing and everything it looks a lot better as well and the good thing is it integrate seamlessly into so many different writing environment and I think that is what makes it such a easy platform to use.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The one thing I don’t like is Grammarly can misinterpret intent and can sometimes struggle with casual language and it causes a bit of frustration. It also has some really poor suggestions. It can often lack relevant and the context understanding which can then disrupt the whole flow of what you’re writing in the first place so I think sometimes it’s not always a great way you need to definitely doublecheck what you’re writing.

It makes anything that you’re writing a lot more professional. I sometimes struggle using professional language adding in a lot more context and needed so that really highlights to me how I need to rewrite my writing skills and improve of them so for me personally it’s great because it keeps me in line for what I need to write how I need to write it in the tone that it needs to be in.

Additionally, the 'Goals' pop-up can be slightly intrusive when working within dense spreadsheets or technical interfaces, though this is a minor UX friction point.

I use Grammarly to autocorrect a lot of my work in documents before I send them off. Grammarly is quite easy to use, and it's quite easy to autocorrect from the work that I use. Also, I can use it across all of my devices, including my iPhone and computer. The initial setup was pretty easy with a short introduction, and it wasn't hard at all.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I have been using Grammarly since my college days. Back then, it helped me while making notes and documents by highlighting grammatical mistakes, which allowed me to correct my work easily. Even today, I continue to use Grammarly, mainly through the Chrome extension. The best part is that it automatically integrates with Word, emails, and almost any document file. In my job, it helps me the most when writing professional emails. Even while writing this Grammarly review, it helped me improve my content and correct mistakes. I will definitely recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The subscription is a bit expensive and could be more affordable, otherwise all good.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps correct small grammar and spelling mistakes, which improves the content and makes it clear. It also helps in creating emails and reports in a professional way. It saves me time and boosts my confidence in writing. Overall, it is a very amazing tool for everyone.

I like making sure my writing is cogent and grammatically correct - this tool helps me do all of the above. It's also very responsive, and I appreciate that.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes the suggestions are not quite in line with what the writing is about, so that's to be expected. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As far as problem-solving goes, I get more cogent alternatives and better copy flow, which is very beneficial when you're on quick turnarounds for jobs. (In fact, Grammarly helped me with this answer!)

Sometimes it gives too many suggestions, and a few changes do not match my writing style. Also, some good features are only in the paid version. sometimes it fails to load, and despite lots of text written it says cant mprove it.

Grammarly helps me fix grammar and spelling mistakes quickly. It makes my emails and writing clearer and saves me time, especially in daily work.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I like the fact that Grammarly works across multiple platforms. It works on web browsing and various apps I'm using, making it very versatile and effective. It's better than the built-in spell check for most applications. I also appreciate that it offers a free version and a paid version, improving grammar, spelling, and helping with learning. These features are particularly important for sending out professional communication. The initial setup was quick and easy after it was approved by IT.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The only thing I don't like is sometimes a little icon is in a weird place, and it blocks my navigation. Also, maybe sometimes I'm trying to write something weird, and Grammarly could learn a little bit better from my personal writing style.

Grammarly doesn’t just correct my grammar; it also gives me insights into my writing, like tone, behavior, and possible replacements within sentences to make them better. Overall, it feels like a companion for writing. Recently, they’ve also introduced several new AI-powered features, such as AI detection and writing assist, which make writing simpler and easier.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Their Chrome extension sometimes doesn’t work properly in Google Docs, or it may cause a visibility issue. It’s very rare, maybe 1 time out of 100, so it’s not a critical problem.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever i write anything for any professional website, it’s important that whatever you write is grammatically correct, because it represents the company. It should also be able to present content in the best possible way, whether it’s simple, whether it’s in depth, or whether it’s engaging. All of these measurements can be achieved by using Grammarly accurately.

I have been using Grammarly for years, and it's the best thing that has happened to second-language speakers.  And Grammarly has always kept up with LLM progress, upgrading without adding a fee.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Upgrading your desktop environment sometimes takes time, and it's not easy if you're using multiple browsers for different tasks. I find that a bit annoying.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can now define the tone of your writing and cater to what you usually do for work or academics; it's especially beneficial if you're doing both. It has it all for your writing needs.

Basically: despite not having access to advanced features (I am also not using their AI chat), I am satisfied because it does the job it is supposed to do: improve my writing

Annoying sometimes to see the yellow underwriting with advices you can access only as a Pro-user. I understand that they need a hook to try to convert people as paying users, but it leaves you a bit of a bittersweet taste in the mouth

Main problems solved: spotting and correcting typos, plus punctuations. It is very important to present professional outputs to clients

I would still love to see better customization for personal writing styles. Sometimes it tries to make creative or casual writing sound too corporate. Allowing users to build a personal 'style profile' would be a massive help.
