Nothing as such. As a form it does the justice of solving its purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup of the forms is super-easy and there's a lot of options. The ability to create shared workspaces is good for workplaces that need multiple staff working on the forms and the flexibility is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a few bugs that have needed fixing and have had some issues with virus scanners blocking the domain for some users which are still being worked on. Customer service is responsive, but slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoZen Forms is one of the easiest platforms to use for making forms and questionnaires. It's intuitive to use, even if you never made a form before. Also, it is very easy to get logic in your questionnaire and there is also the option to give scores to certain answers of questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike most about Gozen is that only the person who bought the subscription gets the benefits and not everyone who belongs to his/her team. This can cause a lot of annoyance. There is also a long waiting time at customer service, you get answers quickly but solutions can take days to weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used many forms add-ons in my life, off-the-shelf, native to a product, and tailor-made for special projects.

GoZen is the first off-the-shelf form service I come across with the quality of a tailor-made service.

I really like its customization and integration capabilities, which allow us to fit it to almost any project we develop.

It has basically become our default form add-on for almost every project we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The relatively long learning curve for beginners.

We had some issues when trying to integrate the form to a payment gateway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I run a podcasting agency and I recently signed up for GoZen forms. My experience so far has been great. I really like the clean interface and options for a variety of different forms. Easy to use yet powerful. Yet I feel like I've not even scratched the surface when it comes to available and built in logic. What was important for me was to be able to create multi-page as well as multi-field forms. These look great and are easy to put together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No password protected form options. We are trying to use this as an internal forms tool in our agency, and the lack of password protected forms is a hinderance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great solution for form captures and quizzes. Seamless WP integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Has a steep learning curve. There's almost too many options to dig through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The form builder is easy & intuitive which is very nice because, as most of us know, form builders can be complicated. Also, they easily embed/integrate into your website and they're nice looking forms. They also have lots of templates to get you started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were more integrations. Other than that, continue adding to the templates and maybe consider adding some for local businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My needs for a form builder are pretty basic, and GoZen Forms has been perfect for what I wanted. I found the interface easy to navigate and to understand.

There are templates but didn't need them yet. I didn't encounter any issues, so I haven't had to contact customer support and can't comment on that aspect.

I'm happy with the forms I created! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only to add something here: Supporting logic jump for Custom layouts would be nice! That's not yet available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used it and found it to be a helpful and it's one of the easy to use form building platform. The forms created are attractive, and my participants have no issues filling them in.

The report is presented in a straightforward way both for me and the participants.

Overall, I am satisfied with GoZen Forms and would recommend it to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is not as attractive. But it doesnt matter actually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
