I've had GoZen Forms for quite a while now and have used it in various different ways. I've found it easy to work with and style, it looks good and the results are easily summarised too. Forms are quick to set up, customise and publish. So far we've deployed several forms to embed on websites, and even use at events for in-person customer surveys. There are many use cases, for example allowing us to capture customer opinions into a CSV file from the dashboard, but also as a data capture experience using the MailChimp integration. Both use cases were straightforward to set up, and worked as expected. GoZen Forms has become my go-to for creating forms because it's got everything I need in one place. Whether I'm grading quizzes or setting up conditional logic, it's all there, which saves me time and hassle. Plus, for simple forms, it's a breeze to use. The interface is user-friendly, and with loads of templates to choose from, I can whip up a form in no time. It's like having a toolbox full of handy tools at my fingertips whenever I need them. Setting up conditional logic can be a bit of a headache sometimes. It's not super straightforward, especially when I'm trying to branch out to different "quiz results" based on people's answers. I think they could make this process easier or provide clearer tutorials to walk me through it step by step. Ok so thinking about it there is actually quite a lot to like:

- Easy to implement. I was able to create my first form in matter of 30 minutes. It was a simple form, true but I culd not really see any way to improve that process.

- There is sufficient documentation - something that often gets overlooked and very important for me. Documentation is sam as product - short and to the point. I found information on all topics I wated to clarify.

- Email notifications - easy to setup, easy to customise and they work.

- Intuitive UI - few things were not exactly where I would expect them but interface is kept simple enought that you can fnd your way around easily.

- It looks good on client side. It's elegant on both desktop and mobile. Scales well and looks very profesional, no "cheap alternative" impression at all.

- Very clear and informative Results page where you can get all your stats, summary and drill down to individual response with ease.

- Lots of integrations.

Bottom line:

There is MUCH more than I have used so far and what I've already used is pretty great. I can see bright future ehad of this partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Few things here:

- When I tired using AI it simply didn't work for me at the time. Probably some temporary glitch but hey.. need to be honest it was what it was.

- I would like to have ability to choose if YES/NO question automatically goes to the next question or not (by default it does).

- Visiaul representation of logic/branching did not reflect the workflow as I expected. Not sure if I don't yet grasp how it works but that somewhat did not make sens for me.

- This is a "maybe" as I haven't tried it yet but seeing documentation for mailchimp integration it doesn't mention ability to set TAGs and that is a must! Mailchimp havily rely on tags and ability to add TAGs based on output of the form is a must.

I like how easy it is to use GoZen forms. The AI allows you to create a form very fast and easily. It also has a variety of already-built forms that you can edit and make it your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoZen to me functions just like my JotForm or even Google forms...but with TONS of flexibility in mind. It was easy to implement because I knew where everything was. I use it a few times a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a low-vision user and sometimes my computer would not allow me to do actions based on the view I needed. But I know I have unique circumstances! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to add custom and subdomains, payment collection within the form, ability to edit after publishing, and the AI Feature are all incredible. The ease of use and clean interface are a huge bonus, as I know many people who cancel software when it's a bit too difficult to understand.

I'm loving the GoZen suite of products. I just purchased "GoZen Growth" on an AppSumo deal, and I was blown away by the cost vs. the amount of e-mail subscribers you can have and the number of e-mails you can send.
