GoZen Forms is a functional and useful tool that is really different from common forms services because it allows more control and customization of the form, allows you to add logical rules like "if does not contain" and "jump to", allows you to use variables in conditions, add integrations like mailchimp, and give scores to the answers, it also looks very good on desktop and mobile. In my experience the support is almost immediate if you communicate in specific hours otherwise you have to wait some time. Easy to use, most options make sense. A small number of slightly confusing issues, but workable and certainly better than all the other form creating apps I've tried, including both free and paid ones. It's a web service, so no installation required. Have not needed to contact support for anything, so I would say it's pretty intuitive. Summary results were limited when I last used it, although haven't checked back since. I recall that each customer's responses were displayed independently, but I wanted a summary. For example if a question is a yes or no answer or how many licences do you own (number result), then I would like a summary result that say '10 people said Yes, 4 people said No' or a total of user licences across all response. My experience using GoZen Forms has been pretty decent. It reminds a lot like Typeform. The platform is pretty user-friendly, has a great user interface and is pretty easy to implement. And as with all other software, there's a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of it uniqueness. One thing I do appreciate about GoZen Forms is it's extensive library of pre-designed form templates. I haven't had a need to use them, but it's good to know that they are available.
