I like the usability. Straightforward. I like the possibilities that you have. Looks really good. Custom URL integration Video integration Questions Some things I miss is native (First Name, Last Name option) and an Address option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some things are difficult to figure out as a non-technical guy. Like the connection to Integromat is not that smooth, as it could be. You can use the custom Webhook. I wanted to rebuild my Typeform Website form, that is quite advanced, but in Typeform very "easy" to set up. Here I don't mean the Logic side, I mean the variables that you can integrate in a redirect URL at the end of a form. In GoZenforms, I haven't figured it out yet, so it's not that easy to integrate. Let's see if the Support will assist to get it done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Gozen forms for almost all form needs that my company needs. I love the UI, the ease of implementation, and the numerous features that it provides, versatility of elements that we can use to lessen the email communication for onboarding clients, and having their responses directly integrated to numerous software and platforms that we use inside the organization. So far, the software has been working flawless for all our needs hence us not needing the customer support help. But when we do, they're pretty fast to respond to us. The only thing that makes me not use GoZen forms so far are for clients that needs certifications on getting their client's or customer's forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had been looking for something which is better than Google Forms & is a reasonably priced alternative for Typeform & I found GoZen Forms.

It is a great Form builder & Quiz builder software with a quite good UI & UX.

It can actually use 2-4 other softwares in a Business & can be used for these purposes:

1. Surveys

2. e-signing of Documents

3. Quizzes

4. Collecting feedbacks & doing basic Data Analysis

& much more...

Although my primary use purpose is building Quizzes to generate Leads. And it can be done with a personalized touch for each person using the Conditional Logic feature & customizing the questions shown based on the answers of the audience. And all this is easy to do without having any kind of Coding/Programing skills at all.

It helps in a much better Brand perception as compared to when I used to use Google Forms in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although it has integrations with Zapier, Pabbly & AirTable but it'd be great to have integration with tools like Activepieces & AiTables.ai as well, as I use these for automations & for CRM purpose.

Highly looking forward to the integrations with Activepieces & AiTables.ai in the very near future

Although the Templates are probably 10 times better than Google Forms but I hope they can add in more beautifully designed & minimalistic Templates on top of the current ones they have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find GoZen Forms to be a very user-friendly tool. The interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I primarily use it for surveys, especially for market research, and I find it to be extremely straightforward. It's great for respondents as well since the interface they interact with is pleasant, and you can customize it to ensure it's not overwhelming for them. There are plenty of field options available which adds to its versatility. Overall, I am very pleased with GoZen Forms! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the only area for improvement to be the branding options. It would be nice if we could change the logo on the loading screen to remove the GoZen branding. However, overall, I don't find this to be a significant issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had GoZen Forms setup and installed on my website in less than an hour. It was simple to integrate with my automation software, CRM and email marketing platforms. The logic and flow were intuitive to build out and implement. The insights dashboard keeps you well informed and helped me realize that I needed to change my flow because people were not finishing the form. And it looks clean and modern. I love this product. There a couple integrations they don't have yet that I'm really looking forward to see implemented in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a market researcher, I love how GoZen Forms structures the questions logically. It makes designing surveys and forms a breeze. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, so I don't need to spend much time learning how to use it. Plus, the interface is beautiful, making the whole experience more enjoyable. From a business standpoint, it's an efficient and convenient tool for gathering customer feedback quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the reporting function is quite advanced, I find it lacking a bit in the visualization. There's no dashboard to present data in graphs or charts, which would be really helpful. Also, the questions aren't coded with specific numbers, which makes detailed statistical analysis a bit challenging. These aspects can be limiting, especially when you need in-depth data processing for research purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use and versatility. The no-code form builder allows me to create and embed surveys effortlessly. The customizable options let me tailor each form to fit my needs, and the data insights have been invaluable for understanding my students. The help and support are great too. I got a survey up and running in a few hours, so the ease of implementation is high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I've encountered with GoZen Forms is the presentation of summary results. For instance, I noticed a pie chart displaying a value of 47% that appeared larger than half the pie. While this isn't a major issue since I can export the data to Excel for accurate charts, improving the visual summaries would enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things that really sets this product apart is its exceptional interference and wide range of features. The support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and feature-packed solution. Overall, I'm really impressed with what this product has to offer. Thanks to Praveen and Ashwin for your great help and case study. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I say, I dislike this product or a feature it will be injustice as this product offers a wide range of features and I can't say a demerit or this product, the feature which I need are all I get in this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used GoZen forms for clients that require a little different user experience than a traditional WPForms or Gravity Forms. This platform has a robust feature set and also allows for simple implementation into Wordpress sites. (Only platform I use so I can't speak to any other web builder). We've had a great experience and any time we've needed support, they have responded quickly. Recommend it for an alternative forms solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we first started using the platform it was a tad buggy, but now it seems everything has been ironed out. We use this form software on multiple websites with almost no issues now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
